    I have had off and on service for the last 8 days. At one time i had no service for 32+ hours and missed business call and appointments. Another time just today jan 15 i have not had service for 6+ hours because they are not able to fix it. I woke up today and no bars just disappeared, no service all of a sudden. Customer ********************** cannot help, when they escalate it they said they fixed it but it was not fixed. my apple watch still doesn't work but i pay for the service. a complete mess. and they cannot sign me up to the visible plus plan, they have yet to give me a reason or follow up and it has been a month...

    They offered overnight shipping but when package was held up for a few days ***** told me that the shipper entered the wrong address on the label. That it could only be updated by the shipper. Been on the chat with the VISIBLE team for almost 4 hours and no one wants to update the address or call ***** to verify/update the address . I confirmed that I did input the address correctly on my order and in my profile so it was deemed a human error on THEIR part and they refuse to fix! They also do NOT have a customer ********************** phone number - only chat service! Poor customer **********************!!!

    What a terrible experience with Visible! Countless hours over the past 5 days online chatting with their agents who all have a positive, "can fix it!" attitude......but then they offer the same suggestions of what to do time after time, and nothing ever got fixed! I still can not send or receive text messages, I do not have phone service and can not use my phone --it indicates I'm still connected to ******** my former cell service provider who quickly disconnected my number and my ******* account after porting my number over to Visible. I made the switch from ******* to Visible on my iphone XR 12/29/23. Paid $35 on my credit card for the first month. I'm very frustrated and would not recommend Visible to anyone! This has been the worst phone experience. I did everything the live agents chatted for me to do, and followed all the trouble-shooting recommendations Visible offers. And now I have to drive back to a ******* store to get ******* service re-established! What a crazy awful way to spend my last holidays, and New Years! I would like a refund from Visible for all the trouble this has been for me, at the very least would appreciate a response. They really need to get their act together! They really need to improve their system and have a way to speak in person to someone (although due to no service, I would not have been able to call them anyway). The last live agent informed me he had done all he could for me. Still no phone service, no ability to send or receive texts, and no ability to set up voicemail. So I'm leaving to go back to *******. Wasted inordinate amount of time, a little money, and ALOT OF HASSLE FOR NOTHING!!! Think twice before you switch to Visible!

    They bill me the wrong amount every month. They send promo texts and dont apply them to the bill.. ********

    Just awful awful customer ********************** processes. I've spent hours over the last few days jumping between chat support to email to back to chat. I suspect that customer support agents are juggling multiple cases at once, because it seems like they never quite listen to what the problem is.

    After 4 and a half hours talking to 13 different agents with 13 different solutions all of which none would work. No one there knows how to register a sim card to a new device. They can only tell me they can order a new sim card for any new phone that I get. And that I have to wait days to activate my new phone. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard out of the 9 different network so that I've tried. There is no way to contact them by phone. I see no way possible that they can be getting referrals from existing customers.

    could not get a physical sim card delivered to my address (4 tries over 3 weeks)agent on chat would not contact FED EX to resolve issue was left with a phone that did not work as they activated my account and ported my number without me having a sim card I contacted fed ex myself and they could not tell me what the issue was only to contact the shipper my address was correct on both my account and when i contacted fed ex VISIBLE refused to call or contact fed ex they even wanted me to change my address to my Fathers out of state and my father pay to ship it to me ... ridiculous they kept asking me to contact fed ex without a phone finally I ordered a sim kit through mint and received my physical sim delivered to my address through FED EX and canceled visible

    My experience with visible has been disappointing at best, they sent me a sim card that didn't work, after reaching out they escalated the issue and I had to wait 24 hours for a resolution they said they solved something on the back end and I had to reset all of my saved network settings, this didn't fix the issue and so they sent me a second sim card, this one also did not work. I went through the same route and in the end 8 days later I still do not have service. They said I don't get a refund unless they can keep my phone number. Basically extorting me to keep waiting or lose my number. Despite the low cost I paid, money spent on nothing and not being returned is strait thievery

    The worst phone service Ive ever had since 1998.literally, there is no customer ********************** to speak out. They runoff the ******* name but it is nothing like *******. You pay for what you get in any one of the cell phone services today. If you think youre getting a deal, youre not. It was the worst experience Ive ever had another phone service and the worst Service Ive ever had with the phone service for the two weeks I was with them.

    On 9/27/23 I paid my Visible bill using my Discover card as I have been doing for years. Discover shows the charge as pending until Visible accepts the payment. However, Visible says no payment was made and despite multiple contacts with them and sending proof that the payment was made, they suspended my account. I attempted to pay with a different card hoping maybe that would fix the issue but their payment portal wouldnt acknowledge the card. Im now stuck in limbo with no service because their payment processing system is faulty.
