  I found some rare Dual locking power cables on KVM Switches online and the whole process was fantastic from ordering to delivery. I was able to contact CS and they were able to tell me a little about the item. After I received the info about the one of a kind, non proprietary dual locking power cables, I proceeded to place an order for one cable to test it on my equipment. The order was placed and delivered quickly and once I tested the cable, I bought 60 more for the rest of my racks. The communication and tracking info was very informative and I was able to get free shipping on the whole order. I received the cables on time for my project and the prices was very competitive. These dual locking power cables are are a must for all server racks or any system that can't be down when accidentally moving cables in a rack or confined spaces. Having these items and having great customer service and quick delivery is an awesome combination.

  I had to place an "emergency" order on a Saturday for a VGA-Ethernet-VGA conversion kit, 150 foot extension for a Live Stream broadcast that went to air the following Wednesday. I wrote a note to the **************** asking them to review my email and provided a 2 day Air shipping upgrade. Following Monday morning I called KVM Switches Online, was immediately put through to the ************* people who took the order directly to a supplier with device in hand, next shipped it through three states and I had the device in two days!!! Wednesday by 3:30 I had the devices and was online by 5:30 that day. KVM Switches Online provided great service and numerous points of contact regarding delivery.   Disappointing. I ordered a KVM switch from this organization. A couple of days later I emailed to confirm that it had been shipped. I was told that the item was not in stock and would be drop-shipped from the manufacturer in 4-6 weeks. Nothing on their website indicated that the item was not available, and in fact their "Ordering and Shipping Info" specifies: "Most of our vendors follow these same guidelines and ship out your order the same day but some of our vendors take 3-5 business days to process the order. " Nothing whatsoever about 4-6 weeks and this timeframe did not work with the timeline for the project I needed this for. I emailed with a request to cancel the order, and got no response. I emailed a second time the next day. No response. Finally, I called and KVM Switches Online declined to cancel my order unless _their_ vendor gave them permission to do so. Are you kidding me? I ordered one from Newegg this morning; they've already shipped.
