    It was difficult to find a high quality KVM switch that met my needs. After three unsuccessful tries going with a cheaper option on Amazon, I finally decided to try them. While a bit pricey, seems worth it in the end! Had no issues with the ordering / shipping process either.

    Ordered a KVM switch, was e-mailed when it would be sent out and arrival time, actually ended up getting entire order early. Excellent response from company. Would absolutely purchase from them again if necessary.

    Got my tv I ordered "no open return policy " opened it and screen is shattered called them gave information and pictures two weeks now still no refunds or tv. I won't buy from them again.

    We are sorry to hear your item was damaged in transit.

    Our general return policy allows for open box returns with a potential restocking fee, depending on the reason for the return. However, to limit counterfeit material issues, this particular manufacturer does not allow open box returns - as mentioned before, we processed this order.

    Regardless, it is NOT our policy to refuse RMA requests for damaged goods. We will always advocate for our customers to ensure they get the right equipment for their needs, but we must follow the process laid out by the manufacturer, distributor, and shippers.  

    This item was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer's distributor, who we need to work through to resolve this issue. We have received the images you sent and provided those to both the distributor and manufacturer. After their review, the distributor told us we needed to make a claim directly with the shipper.  

    We are working on filing that claim with the shipper on your behalf. Unfortunately, this process takes time as we have to work through the various hurdles in place to prevent fraud. At this point, we are waiting on responses from the shipper's investigation.  


    We appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve this and hope to have a favorable determination by the shipper in the very near future. Either way, be assured, one way or another, we will take care of the damaged goods issue.

    Great communications throughout the order and fulfillment process, which is rare after hitting submit on an order with most online sellers. As a result, I was able to make intelligent decisions on an order with some complexities (eg., backordered products).
