It took me 7 phone calls and two tech's that showed up plus buying 2 new routers. To top it off they ended up using the original Router to get my satellite system back up and running. Had to stay on top of it because they kept passing the baton to someone else. After replacing a new satellite system my internet is back up and running. I have not had any problems since then.

Installation was quick after signing up, and the installer was great as well. I'm located in between two towers for broadband from 2 different companies. I had been with my old one for several years and their tower is a lot closer than Rise's, however I the service slowed over time. Signal is better than my old service although their tower is at least a mile closer than Rise's.Can't wait until fiber optic arrives here. Rise seems great, no complaints at all.Rise Broadband

I had a great experience. I called last minute to get service and they were able to get me in first thing the next day. The service was great. The man I spoke to was so friendly when I called - he hooked me up! This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I received communication that the tech was on his way.
