- Cancellation fee of $25 or 30% of deposit (depending on reservation source) will be assessed for cancellations greater than 72 hours of check-in - remaining deposits will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 72 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of deposit, equal to first night's stay.
