For local moves, we can refund your deposit amount as long as the request is submitted 24 hours prior to your move date. For out of state moves, we refund your deposit amount as long as it's two weeks prior to your move date.
There are exceptions; should there be something that came up on our end, or a legitimate emergency- we will refund your deposit accordingly.
