Peter Constantino, Owner and President of Oaknoll Custom Homes, has been building and remodeling since 1968. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Peter gravitated towards the construction industry and had the largest plumbing company in Northern Ohio for over two decades. From there he moved into custom homes and commercial buildings. In 1986 Peter and his family moved to Colorado Springs to have a better quality of life and enjoy the incredible weather. He has been blessed to build custom residences in in Larkspur, Colorado Springs and Teller County. This includes homes in planned subdivisions to expansive homes on acreage. Staying with current with the times, and the Colorado Springs increasing real estate market, Peter sees the value in updating existing homes as a sound investment and to add to a one’s quality of life. Remodeling requires additional detail because you are working within an existing structure. This requires a detail-oriented personality and a hands-on, old-school approach. He excels in being proactive prior to the beginning the job. This preventative approach saves the client money, time, and stress. Pete is creative in problem solving and mindful of your budget. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and honest. Whether it be a wall removal or an extensive renovation, he walks you through the process step by step.
