I am unable to facilitate a resolution to my problem because there is no way to get help from Total Adblock. If I click on Help or Support it does not respond at all. I subscribed to TotalAd Block a couple months ago. The first month was .99.Afterwards, it was 9.99 a ******** phone is an old one and I cannot get TotalAdBlock to download. I have tried to cancel by calling the number listed on my bank statement. It seems that number is no longer in use! When I tried to call **************, I received a message to call ************ which is not a valid number. This company is a farce! This total adblock services keeps trying to bill my card and never order this and they need to stop billing my venmo card. On October 3 I was looking at various companies for antivirus protection and looked at this company. I never made an agreement with them but they took money from my account. To me this is stealing I asked them for a refund. They didn't , instead they we would have to find a resolution. The only resolution I want is a refund.
