I've tried several times to cancel my monthly subscription and they continually take it out of my account. I'm not satisfied with the job it does. I don't want it anymore. I've gone to website and cancelled. They give you the run around and no customer service number. I've contacted them AGAIN through email and I'm waiting to hear back. I have located your account and can confirm that we have only ever received 1 email from you requesting to cancel? This was on August 4th 2023. We have not taken any payments from you since your cancellation request and I can confirm that your subscription has now been disabled meaning no further payments will be taken. The service will automatically end.

I don't have id # etc. as I uninstalled the app TOTAL AD BLOCK. MY issue with this company is that after canceling they're service they continued to charge me $9.95 a month for over 6 months NO MATTER HOW Often I SENT THEM NOTICES! I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL MY CARD AND GET A NEW ONE FROM MY BANK! THEY STILL ARE IGNORING REQUEST TO REFUND!!!Business Response

Thank you for contacting Total Adblock today regarding your cancellation query.
Unfortunately, removing the app from your device does not cancel your service with us. There is no way for us to know that you have uninstalled the app. You would have needed to let us know that you wanted to cancel so that we can stop charging your subscription payments.
I can see where you did contact us on May 23rd 2023 & July 16th 2023 to cancel, therefore you will only be eligible for a refund for the payment from May & the payment from June, no further payments have been taken since then.
I have now cancelled your account and refunded you 2 months worth of $9.95 payments totalling $19.90. No further payments will be taken.
The refund should appear in your account within the next 48 hours, however, this can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank so don't worry if it takes slightly longer.

I have made several requests to cancel this service. Every time I have made such requests, I keep seeing withdrawals from my account. I have made attempts a few months ago to call, but there are no accurate numbers or this is not the right company. I have been trying to cancel this subscription since the first payment on April 24th or 25th. July's payment came out today from my card app card! Please help!Business Response

Thank you for contacting Total Adblock.
I can see by viewing your account that you signed up for a Unlimited Adblock subscription on 12th June 2023. We cannot sign up for you or obtain your details in any other way than a user signing up for the service themselves. There would have been no way for us to do this, nor is this a practice that we as a business take part in.
Seeing as you contacted us to cancel your account on 24th July 2023, this does fall outside of our 30 day money back guarantee, meaning you are not eligible for a refund of the service. I have however disabled the automatic renew on your account, meaning that your subscription will end on 12th June **** and no further payments will be taken.

Thank you for your email. We apologize that you are not satisfied with the account billing you mentioned.
To be eligible for a full refund, you have to cancel within 30 days if you are on a 12-month plan and within 14 days if you are on a monthly plan. Refunds for additional services require cancellation within 14 days from payment.
I see that your subscription was initiated on June 12, 2023. Our standard policy includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, which allows customers to request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, in your case, your cancellation request was made on July 24, 2023, which is beyond the 30-day window outlined in our policy.
Unfortunately, since the cancellation request falls outside of our 30-day money-back guarantee period, we are unable to process a refund for your subscription at this time.

I have contacted Total Adblock on two occasions to cancel my account. Was told I would get a confirmation email but, I never have. They continue to bill me. This is a sham company. I subscribed to total ad block a few months ago as I was getting tons of adds spam and my identity was stolen. After installing this software app I began recieveing even more adds and messages. I have tried for the last three months to cancel this but each time all I hear is how good their product is and i should reinstall it. I have been adiment that I will not reinstall this as it simply does not work as stated and per there site they have a money back guarantee. Each month I am again billed for this even though I requested the cancelation and have it uninstalled. There are many issues with this software and I feel it could be an open door to any hacker. I just want it canceled and a refund as they state is guaranteed. I am not happy with their pressure tactics to get me to reinstall this on my devices. I cancelled this account and got a confirmation but they are still charging me. I do not even have their app on my phone any more. Their site is impossible to navigate and I just want my money back. I want nothing to do with them. They are liars and should not be allowed to do business. Thank you
