    this business keeps charging my creditcards with out my permission they are a scam

    Thanks so much for taking the time to contact Total Adblock.
    Upon viewing your account I can see that you signed up for the subscription last year on 26th September 2022 for an introductory offer of $19.00.
    All customers receive an introductory discount upon signing up for antivirus protection on a monthly or annual subscription. To ensure our customer's devices continue to stay protected, all services automatically renew. The introductory discount does not apply to the renewal payment; all renewals are charged at the regular rate. We send an email giving notice of this occurrence 30 days prior to renewing. 
    Your account was in a suspended status due to non payment so I have now cancelled the service fully and no further payments will be taken.

    On 8/12/23 I signed up for TotalAdBloc online. When I reviewed my charge account statement I found that the company had taken the amount of $39.00 and billed me twice on same day. Also they billed me $29.00 twice on same day. Th.e total amount should have been $39.00. I feel I have no recourse, as there is no way to contact them. The payment was paid through my PayPal account. I SURE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY RETURNED. The ads are just as bad as they were be4fore I contacted them to get rid of them

    Total ad block keeps trying to withdraw money from every month even though I have terminated service. Luckily my card catches them now,but it's getting really annoying.

    I subscribed to Total Adblock for a reduced price. When I subscribed, there was NO indication it was a subscription. Further, when the recurring charge came, it was more than advertised. I never downloaded the software so I never used it. I called them and after telling them MULTIPLE times to cancel the subscription AND refund my most recent charge, they finally assured me they would cancel and refund. I received an email from them stating they had done so (at my request). Today, I was charged for another month of the subscription software. I emailed them and told them to refund my account immediately or I would be seeking legal counsel. I am contacting the Attorney General first.

    Company charged me three times all of the same date. Original charge was to be $39.00 but they charged$1.99 not authorized and another charge for $39.00 not authorized. Cannot get the product to work. Have written the company multiple times with no response. I want all money returned for $79.99. This appears to be a scam.

    Ordered their product and received. It was not what I wanted so asked for a refund which I received. They continued to "*******" my email asking me to Renew. I complained, and was sent an email stating "You have now been Successfully Unsubscribed from our Marketing Emails". They continued and on 8/1/23 at 11:42 am I called to complain. They continued and I called again on 8/10/23 at 10:24 am and spoke to *********************. It is now 8/17/23 and I am still getting 5 to 6 Marketing Emails every day.I would just like them to stop.
