    I have been billed for $9.95 on November 6 and again for $9.95 on December 6, 2023. I did not order this service and did not give this company my credit card. I am unable t have contact with them to cancel the billing. They have me on recurring monthly charges.

    They are billing me $9.95 a month without explanation. They offer no service. I've seen nothing that they do. I have written them 4 times to stop billing me and explain themselves. They ignore the request and continue to bill me. Please help me. I'm retired on fixed income and can not afford monthly payments. They refuse to respond to me.

    I signed up with them on 12/6/23. I was unable to get the product to download to my phone. When I attempted to open any one of the links in the two emails they sent me, not one of them worked. They provide no phone numbers for customer support; nothing!

    I dont remember accepting a trial use of TOTAL ADBLOCK but I know I didnt authorize a debit to my account in the amount of $119.I cannot find a telephone number to contact this company. I WANT to cancel any business with TOTAL ADBLOCK and I want a refund for my $119. that was charged to my debit card without my authorization on November 20, 2023. #********** is transaction.

    Paid **** on my credit card to block ads on my cell phone. I am unable to Install due to cell co. Restrictions.
