    Ripoff specialists,they show up at your house three weeks late,after three delays.With a completly different contract than what was signed,demanded another $2970.00,or you stuff goes back to storage at a cost of $50.00 a day.That is plain EXTORTION.Not to mention stuff is broken,I myself am 5 boxes short.The took our stuff to ********** to build up price.We moved from colorado to *********.DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.One star is too much for these idiots.Just pure bullshitters.They get cash and the games start.Use a BBB *****************.These guys just go around s******* people.The so called movers were from ********** of all places.So how do I get my stuff returned to me?This contract was under name of *****************.I await your response

    Scam artist! Terrible service. Horrible damage on almost all my furniture. Tons of broken stuff. Worst company ever. Beware and stay far far away!

    This company is Worse than you can imagine. Not only were they late by 2 weeks, with constant promises of delivery and no follow through, so our schedule was constantly put on hold for them. But they delivered several boxes of completely broken items. Vintage china that was packaged well but somehow they smashed it. Splintered Picture frames wrapped in bubble wrap- Im not even sure how it was possible. On top of that 3 boxes and 2 full suitcases of irreplaceable items were lost. They were full of expensive china, and silver from occupied japan from my grandfather and mementos from my mother who had just passed away. Literally my dead mothers things. Do NOT TRUST them! I pray to God they go out of business for the hurt they caused with their incompetence and apathy. We also spoke to someone who was the WORST customer service representative I have ever encountered (keep in mind Ive adjusted my expectations since pandemic because CS ***** these days). He was brash, rude, impatient, and I literally asked him 3 questions. His service finally culminated with him yelling at me, while ** asking him to calm down and to please give me any information On the delayed arrival. We all have bad days, and I was kind, but some people just shouldnt be in CS- looking at you *****. Overall it was a very difficult, devastating experience, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Please run away from this company!! I cannot tell you enough, they will break your heart and your things.

    The worst experience we have ever had. Items missing / broken. We will be seeking reimbursements and seeking legal action. Nothing was packed correctly. Shipments were late and we got 10 minute notice of arrival. I hope no one ever uses them. If negative stars was available I would be selecting that option.

    Terrible customer service, poor communication and unorganized pick up. BEWARE they will say ***** days but they built in 30+ BUSINESS DAYS within the contract so they don't have to be responsible for their mistakes and broken oral promises. They just want your money, and then will wait 21 real days to say hey your stuff is on the way. Just hoping I get my stuff at this point... fingers crossed.

    Hello Mr.*******

    We are sorry to hear that you are having this experience, we do want to clarify that we did mention to you that it will take 7 to 21 business days not including holidays nor weekends, legally (all moving companies vary but usually have the same amount of business days). We have been in contact with you and we explained the process and as well as the BOL (bill of lading) that you signed and acknowledged, sating the actions that would take place during your move. We have not passed *** 21 business days, you were ready for delivery as of November 1st, 2022. We also mentioned to you that we start counting from the day that you are ready to receive your goods we have up to 21 business days.


    In addition, we just spoke to you and you stated that your agent was the one that provided you with the misinformation and not us.
