    This is a terrible company -- stay far, far away! They came to pick up my small load IN A RENTED U HAUL TRUCK. Supposedly their truck had broken down and they were to have it fixed. That automatically meant my furniture would be moved two times, not once! I received one call about delivery that I missed. That was about Sept 3, 2024. Since that time I have called that woman -- ******* *****, back at least 25 times. She does not answer her phone nor does she return calls. My furniture was damaged -- the didn't even use packing pads on the wood pieces nor wrap the very expensive wool rug, they broke my chair in two! I have been trying to find out how to file a claim. I have called *********, the guy who I booked it thru, he doesn't answer or return calls. I have called ****** at United - again, no answer and no call back. I have called Rose -- same. It appears that this company forces you to sue them to have your items repaired or replaced.I sincerely regret ever getting involved with such a disreputable company. They need to be put out of business.

    Good afternoon *******,Unfortunately we had a problem with the truck and we had to send another truck for safety purposes. We have up to 30 business days to deliver your household goods as it states on the contract sign by the customer. We call the customers once we have an update regarding delivery. When you call regarding your damages Canela immediately email you the information to our claims department. On behalf of Moving Logistics we apologize for the miscommunication .

    Moving Logistic *** is the worst moving company ever. I had originally hired ************* out of **********, **, but they consigned the job to Moving Logistic. ****** agreed to a $20K job, asking for a $10K deposit with the remaining $10K paid by cashiers check on the day of the move. But on moving day, the movers insisted I pay $10K more by cash or postal money order. I was told that the movers would bring 2 trucks. Instead, 2 guys showed up late with one truck. When that was filled up, they went to U-Haul and got another truck. Because there were only 2 workers who showed up much later than scheduled, the job was way behind schedule. I never got the unpacking that I paid for. I filed a claim for $600 worth of lost or broken items; in the end, I received $75 back.

We are very sorry we couldn't deliver a 5-star experience, and we hope this refund will help rectify the issues you had with our company. It's important to note that as a part of the contract ( That was signed by you before the move ), we reserve the right to choose the size of the moving crew. Unfortunately you didnt purchase insurace we only cover $0.60 per pound per item.

    They never showed up in **** for our move to *****. No call, no email just no show. After reading the reviews, this was likely a blessing. However, we had to rent a U-Haul, a car trailer and 3 of us and a dog drove the 20 hours back to ***** missing our return flight. I'm not sure if it is the movers or the broker- United Moving and Storage who are actually at fault. Per the brochure movers are "required" to provide (did not EVER get) entitled Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move that can be found on www.protectyourmove.gov, you may ask the mover if he and the broker have a dispute settlement program. I'm not sure this applies in this scenario but I'm going to attempt to recoup some of my additional $4,600 using this route!

    We are very sorry we couldn't deliver a 5-star experience.You claim you have missing items,however all your household goods were deliver on time. We check your inventory list the items that you claim are missing are not in the inventory list.

    Moving Logistics, *** on ********************************************* is not their actual address. It is the address of a document company. This is a fly by night company who is hired by an unprofessional middleman company United Express Moving and Storage. Moving Logistics holds your items hostage until you pay 6000 cash. 3000 to load and 3000 to bring into your home. DON'T USE EITHER COMPANY!! Scammers --- both companies. They need to be sued and closed down!!

    Hello *****,Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We will like to clarify the situation, every move is different. We review your order, you were not charge for additional space other than the one on your estimate. On the contract that was sign by customer it states the following: if non reusable packing materials is needed it is an additional charge. We only charge for packing materials that was not included in your estimate. We never hold your household goods hostage we always collect a pick up payment and the final balance at delivery.

    HORRIBLE !!!! Held our furniture hostage - When signed with ******************** out of ******* - they then contracted Moving Logistics *** to transport from the west coast to Central *** - unbeknownst to us til after the fact !!!! We signed our contract With Allegiance for a 3-5 day delivery. We requested our furniture on April 8th - Monday - and are still awaiting delivery. Their customer service is unprofessional - unreliable and NEVER disclosed when the furniture would be delivered. Just today Sat April 20 - we received a text (not a call or email) from the driver "******" stating delivery would be made tomorrow Sunday April 21. What if we were not available???!!!! We were given no opportunity to have any discussion as to the delivery By far this did not meet the contract signed for 3-5 days for delievery. Moving Logistics kept citing DOT law stating they had 7-21 days for delivery - yet that was not was signed for in our contract with ********************. We are seeking legal recourse against both companies for false advertisement - failure to adhere to signed binding contract and will be following up with DOT with official complaint. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!! And the BBB should be assisting with these complaints of failure to adhere to contracts as well as holding personal belongings hostage and violating contracts. The gal answering the phones was rude from first contact - and when we became upset and frustrated - she refused to take calls and sent 2 emails only in. almost 3 wks to discuss our furniture - which she never did !!!!! Only got a text less than 24 hrs before delivery !!!!We closed escrow on April 10th - had been in an VRBO at ******* due to delay in our delivery - increasing the costs of the move. been sleeping on the floor for almost 8 days now - had to buy card table and folding chairs to live on while awaiting delivery 11 days late !!!!!!We have yet to see how the contents will arrive !!!!

It's important to note that as a part of the contract ( That was signed by you on the move ),disclosure E. **************** delivery '"period of time" is up to 30 business weekdays not including storage time,beginning on the first date indicated as available for delivery (not day of pick up).When we spoke to ******* we explain to him delivery will be between Friday -Sunday. You called 4/8 and stated you where ready for delivery on 04/12 ,you called on the 4/9,4/10 and 4/12 ******* called being so disrespectful on a recorded line using fault language. I email you to let you know I will not provide any information over the phone. And as stated in your contract your first available delivery date was 04/19/2024. We try to deliver your household goods as soon as possible keep in mind you are not the only customer. We deliver your household goods within the 7-21 business days as stated in the contract sign by the customer. Im sorry the booking agent gave you the wrong information regarding delivery.

    Moving Logistics sent 2 men on 8/29/2023 and though they were careful when they wrapped my furniture, when they left with my items I had no idea where they were stored, until they were delivered 9/21/23 about 600 miles away in distance to a storage unit. My possessions were then in storage for several months, but I realized after 60 days that a box that contained 6 expensive winter coats was not in my storage unit. I contacted Moving Logistics and they promised a $100 check, though the value of the coats is $800. Once I was moved into my home I realized I was also missing about 5 more boxes that contained kitchen small appliances, bathroom items, personal care electronics, fans, humidifier and a large bin containing gardening items. Also 2 sets of very expensive binoculars have never been found. It is almost as if the most expensive small items I owned were stolen. I know no boxes were left on the truck because i personally inspected the truck. So I guess my boxes were lost in transition, since there was a 3 week gap between pickup and delivery, or theft occurred.

Your check cleared after 15 days. There were few items left behind at the pick up location, we check the truck and nothing was left behind.All the boxes were packed by customer. Our crews are professional movers who strive every day to provide the best service. We are very sorry we couldn't deliver a 5-star experience, and we hope this refund will help rectify the issues you had with our company.

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving local or cross country. The staff and crew are very professional, courteous, reliable. The communication was the absolute best, the company kept me informed from pick up to delivery.. Every piece picked up was delivered intact, even the smallest item. This was a very smooth operation my wife was very pleased and continue to have smiles on our faces from this company.     Terrible company I went through another company that contacted them to move my house from ********** to ************ and they have now had my belongings over a month I would call to get an update as to where and when Id get my belongings because they never called me I have been told 2 trucks broke down that were carrying my belongings and they keep getting frustrated and mad at me because its hard to find drivers to come this way meanwhile me my husband and my son are sleeping on the floor and they know this and are not offering to do anything to help and still are not getting us out belongings Ive been told 5 different days that theyd deliver none of which actually happened and now they are blocking my phone calls completely

    Horrendous experience with this scam outfit. Not a single price or promise was kept. Everything was not even close to the minimum of professionalism. Packing of the truck was horrendous, no care whatsoever. They changed payment amounts, timing, who was to get paid and how 3 times! Numerous items arrived broken with no acknowledgment on their part though very obvious. And how do you demand that final payment MUST be made by cashier's check NOT drawn on a bank and given to you before delivery? Almost $9,000 charged for an elderly man's tiny 1-bedroom move across a couple of states. Truly elder abuse. Please watch out for them and Vanguard Moving Services who are the outfit that contracts them. Disgusting.
