    Because this technology is made in ***** and the possibility of ******* going to war with them, I would consider NOT using these cameras for security in your home. Recently, they took it upon themselfs to upload personal video of my elderly mothers bedroom! Stating that I received a trial for the ** cloud service. I NEVER wanted this service because of the sensitive nature of my elderly mother who is blind & suffering with dementia. My iPhone settings are OFF for ANY iCloud service, period! I have NEVER trusted iCloud from its inception!They indicated that I uploaded two hours of video from her bedroom to their iCloud service which, I would have NEVER done! From the very beginning I have used SSD cards to protect her privacy! Extremely troubling! Remember, NEVER do any banking within sight of these cameras, hackers can zoom in on your personal documents!

    I had purchased a 1080P camera and a year's subscription. It worked fine for a while. Then I got a new phone, so I had to do the app over again but this time when I went to add the camera where you're supposed to scan the ** Code. I get nothing but a picture of a ** code. The camera does not come on. So I can't add the camera. I have texted them numerous times. With different support people. We had conversation going back-and-forth with no help. I then asked them for a refund for the year's subscriptions that I only got to use a month of it. Then all of a sudden they just stopped responding altogether. They just kept my money and I wasted money on this camera That is useless to me.

    I tried calling several times, unfortunately, the customer service line hangs up on you and tells you to call back. You call back later, same thing happens. I've called everyday for the last several weeks, no one picks up. Can't email a human either. The email keeps sending automatic responses. I'm going to say this is a scam and buyers beware. I purchased a yearly subscription with the promise of a "free doorbell camera" but when I purchased no one sent me the information on how to get the "free" item. It sucks because I really wish this product had better customer service and actually worked as advertised. I will be returning my cameras through amazon and purchasing a different brand. This is foreign organization and they are not a good company at all... they don't care about customer service and they could care less about you.
