    They won't stop billing, and don't give you a reasonable way to cancel your subscription, and they don't let you delete a credit card so it stops billing. I've had it for a year and don't want/need it anymore, and it won't let me stop the auto renew. This is a total scam of a company practice.

    These cameras at have became less and less reliable. It takes more than 12 seconds for them to wake up and start recording. By the time it loads you have missed everything and see no one there. The worse part is that lately they are bombarding you with ads evetime you try to see an event. You either have to watch the ad or close out of it completely. When I reached out to the company they said that I would need to upgrade to a subscription that would eliminate the ads. No thanks. I dont even bother with them anymore. Soon they will be in the garbage as I'm looking for more reliable camaras elsewhere.

    It worked for 1 week but I had to buy a wifi repeater and a SD card. It stopped turning left and down.Then it would record but when you try to play the video back it will freeze or the app will kick you out or screen loading then say ** lot isn't responding ? It keeps saying the video was deleted on the sd card buy the cloud but the video is not deleted it still shows it has a video. Don't waste your money on this garbage!

    Paid ***** for a basic yearly cloud for one camera. About a week after that, the app told me I needed to upgrade to their premium cloud. The basic cloud no longer works, so the camera no longer works (other than live view). Waste of *****. Going through apple and my credit card to get my money back.

    Stole money out of my account. Contacted company before free trial ended to cancel; also didn't chose a cloud plan...a plan was chosen for me and $ ***** was taken without authorization out of my Bank account...they didn't cancel before free trial ended when I asked them to...emailed them to several times.Sincerely Yours *************************

    I love the cameras however, their customer service, platform, and smart AI are worthless. Smart AI thinks a bug is a human, cars are humans, and animals are basically anything but animals. **************** only replies in pre-written rebuttals. Let's talk about the platform, I bought these cameras because they could be linked to ****** Home. I created my account with my phone via "Gmail login", only to find out later that you can not connect them to things if you created your account this way you are out of luck. There were no disclaimers, no warnings only after the fact after spending days trying to get a response from support about it. Shadey company that half put together their system, and refuses to refund anything.

    Did cameras don't always work they don't last very long.Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service is newly impossible as you can't find a phone number for them just an email. And be careful you don't hit the auto pay and take it off because they will bill you the following year even though you decline auto pay.

    I have been charged duplicate for the same service. They won't refund me because they say it is past the refunding period (what a crock). That to me is thievery. I can't use both subscription because I don't have enough cameras to support the second plan they are charging me for. The second plan is stagnant. They should refund me for something they screwed up. All I want is my money, not theirs, back. I will go wherever I can and let it be know that YI technology has stolen from me.
