  I am equally concerned about many of these shelters and their legitimacy that are being promoted. Im not always finding websites and transformation stories with adoptions so more proof is needed before I continue to donate

We work very hard to ensure that all of our animal welfare organizations are verified, vetted, honest and are in good standing.We do this by implementing our vigorous vetting process that involves proof of tax-exempt status and IRS determination, multiple references, vet bills in order to perform vet checks, as well as outreach done by our Fundraising Consultants. Our consultants constantly work to maintain close working relationships with all of partners to ensure validity of the campaigns being posted.In terms of following up on the success of our animals, updates are provided on the campaign pages so you can stay in the know of how the animals is progressing. If you made a donation to a specific animal, you will also get email updates letting you know the latest status. We also have a customer support team you can contact if you are searching for an update on a particular animal.Lastly, we have a dedicated page highlighting many success stories of the animals journey to finding their furever home. You may not find a success story for every animal and this can be due to a multitude of reasons, a few of which being, but not limited to, lengthy adoption processes, or in the unfortunate event that the animal has passed away.If you have any further questions or concerns, we are always available and happy to assist you.

  I think that people can be apprehensive at first BECAUSE there are so many scammers! But they seem very legitimate. Also I would like to give my opinion on the pricing. When you are tending to MANY animals and you are the smallest minnow in a very large vast ocean or pond, overhead is MUCH more than larger companies!!! This is kind of a no brainer to me! They have to pay for supplies, surgeries, food, travel, good care of the animals which takes Employees to do this and MUCH MUCH more!!! The main thing is paying these Employees so they too can feed their families while taking care of highly abused animals. Im quite sure they arent making SIX DIDGIT INCOMES doing this!!! Instead of BADGERING this Animal Shelter give them the support they need! No one is FORCING US TO BUY OR DONATE ANYTHING!!! I helped because Im old enough to make a conscious decision as to whether I wanted to pay the price for the item or just donate cash! And they give you an option as to how MUCH you can afford. Give them a break! Its just common sense as to what they are having to do to keep their wonderful shelter/s open!!!GOD BLESS CUDDLY FOR LOVING AND TAKING CARE OF THESE HORRIBLY ABUSED FUR BABIES!!!GOD sees what you are doing! Im THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU!!!*****??

  I donate at least 3 times a month to different animals and different rescues. They might seem to charge a bit more for products but be assured it all goes to the animals. I always donate money and products together. I know I cant save them all or protect them from the monsters that hurt them but I can try. Great organization. I wish more people could see it in their hearts to help animals when they have plenty of means to do so. But we all answer to a higher power in the end. Maybe it will be a Dog or Cat??

  This charity definitely seems like a front to make money. They sell $38 blankets and $27 leashes as "Wishlist" items to be donated to animal rescues. That's outrageous. I will not be using this website to donate to animal shelters.

  i love reading the posts from Cuddly although its very heartbreaking I love that they are caring for animals in need. I wish I was in a position to have my own animal rescue but i am not so I donate. I have donated to cuddly a couple of times and wanted to check the BBB for reviews and confirmation that they are legit in caring for these ***************. Great Job!

  This is a great business model. Cuddly serves as a highly effective crowdfunding platform with a great reach. They provide critical support for mostly small rescues which take in animals in desperate need to fund emergency care that they otherwise wouldnt be able to afford. They post updates on the animals; if you dont see an update, go to cuddly.com, type in the name of the animal and youll see if updates are available. I have supported many animals through Cuddly, some of whom sadly didnt survive, but it heartens me to know that because I helped they were helped as much as possible and left the world knowing caring and compassion and kindness and love, if only for a brief while. That matters.

  Before I send money to a charity I read up on it thoroughly. Cuddly is legit, kind of a middle man for many rescues. Their overhead is funded with tips and selling products priced slightly higher than your local pet store, a fair deal. I've donated ****s and will continue to do so as long as Cuddly dosent make any changes to its structure or mission.
