    Tech ran off the job unfinished with the ** disapplied! No kidding. Tech came to install a nest thermostat, went up into the attic to work on the furnace connection and then ran off to another job even though the Nest was reading an error. Texted him immediately and said he had to run to a job 70 miles away and promised to return at 7AM the next day leaving us w/out heat or air. Didn't reappear so I contacted customer support who eventually said they couldn't contact him and had no replacement BUT charged me $99 anyway! Got a qualified electrician out who said the Tech left the furnace door open (which disapplies the system), screws on the attic floor and fixed a sheared wire. These guys are not licensed and you are at the mercy of the luck of the draw - BEWARE.

    I signed up with hellotech yesterday because of guarantee promise of same day service but at end I never received any service from them but lip service.

    I can see from other reviews I am lucky! Placed an order, (ad on ****** says same day service which it wasn't!!!) The next day I receive a text setting the appointment at 4:00 PM, the tech texted and said he was on the way. I got another text from him saying he ran into some traffic and may be a little late, no problem, I said fine. About a half hour I get a text from hellotech saying he cancelled the appointment!! I called hellotech had to wait about 10 minutes for a rep, she was very nice and apologetic. She offered me 10 dollars off, but why would I want to use a company that hires techs like this? I kind of understand why he may have cancelled. Hellotech was charging me 99 dollars and he was driving from either from **************** or ****** area(720 area code for his number), Who would drive that far for that little money!!!?? hellotech is a BS company!! They advertise they have 4.9 stars, looks like they have 1. Don't use this company!!

    I hired Hello Tech to install my **** cameras. The first Tech spent a lot of time here but didnt get my camera working properly. Therefore my cameras are being hacked. I signed an agreement with Hello Tech which the refuse to honor. They sent a Tech on Sept. 22nd who did nothing for me yet charged $25. He was supposed to take my cameras down, which never happened. *** called twice again with no respect for my contract with them. They should be sued for not following our agreements. They should lose their licenses for totally misrepresenting themselves to the customers. Its totally against human rights. They have full knowledge that Im being vandalized badly and refuse to honor our contract.

    Needed a tech to help set up & consolidate my files so my laptop would be ready for my new online business. My laptop was brand new but yet the tech had no knowledge how to set it up, he spent over 2 hours on ****** trying to figure out how to set my laptop up & the only thing he ended up doing was linking my phone to my laptop I spent almost $100 for absolutely nothing. I ended up dishing out more money to get the job done right & to add fuel to the fire hellotech deducted a membership fee from my account. When I filled out my online work order I carefully made sure I didn't select membership but yet they still charged my account!!!!!

    They don't cancel a membership after 30 days even if you not longer using their service but still charge the $19.99 each month??? I told them I couldn't afford it & all the customer rep would say is I'm sorry?? What a rip off!!! I will NEVER use their services again!!! shame on you hello tech how dare you make people play for an entire year membership!!! After saying I can't Afford it

    I hired total tech to hang a TV. The technician was here 7 hours and couldnt hide the wires. I had to have another technician come out and straighten out the first installation. I then find out they will charge me a monthly fee of $21.26. I try to cancel the service and they claim I owe another price for discounted work down already of $266. This is a fraud

    Hello Tech is Very Unprofessional I bought a a TV set from ******* and added on tech request for installation. Unfortunately ******* is in partnership with this company. They emailed me and eventually assigned a technician to me. The technician called me last minute 2 minutes to the appointment to reschedule for the next day.I did not hear from the technician the next day all calls to the office directed me to their website, It was on a weekend and they failed to fulfil their duty. I called the Monday only for them to tell me that they tried reaching out and could not get a hold of me so services have been cancelled. Hellotech had both my work and personal cell and no body called me back.I requested a refund and they told me a check will be mailed with 4 to 6 WEEKS not days and if through PayPal 3 to 4 WEEKS not days, I reached out to ******* and they redirected me to Hellotech.I am still waiting for refund to get someone to install my TV which is still on the floor for me.Please don't Use this company they are very Unprofessional, this is a total fraud and ripoff

    Watch out for the cost they don't tell you about but charge you the day after service. I was sent a receipt for services but I was charged for dismount of tv that I did myself. The tech guy only help me wires- Wow! I was charged ***** dollars - not good. Will not use the service in future. I really don't know why the tech guy didn't tell me he was going to charge me. ??
