"I just set up a chime account, not even 5 days ago, just the app so far, I havnt even received my cards in mail yet and I suddenly get a chime notification a $25 charge was declined due to insufficient funds, I havnt even used my chime yet, no cards, no $ on it thank God! "**** wired doorbell provides a "charging unit" which boosts the voltage for video transmission. Mine is not working and they don't sell it separately so I tried a support call and here is what happened:get a call back, talk to first ****** had me navigate the website without asking me about the specifics of the problem, told me she was going to connect me to another ****** got the other ****** described the problem and explained my issue, *************************************** about the specifics of the issue, needed to talk to someone, 5 minutes later comes back and asks about the stuff I already told him, said he was going to ask another person, 5 minutes later, comes back and asks me about the specifics of the issue, then explains they can't help me." ...
