"I sold a phone on the app called swappa, the person paid the transaction with Venmo, to my PayPal account. That same day PayPal sent me a message saying that the person made a dispute about the transaction for double payment, I contacted PayPal and they told me that everything was fine that I had only received a single payment, I sent the phone and it was delivered but my money was on hold, days later PayPal informs me that the disputa had been closed and in favor of the buyer, I contacted PayPal and sent them proof that the phone was sent and it was delivered, they made an appeal to get my money back, but several days have passed and now they told me that they cannot help me." ...
