    I am urgently requesting a refund for the annual subscription in the amount of $264.72. I signed up for the 7-day free trial on Jan 21 to test out the service and selected the monthly option at check-out to anticipate continuing at an affordable option after the end of the trial. I ensured the free trial option was available to me as a new subscriber on the check-out page before clicking "Start Subscription"; the check-out screen specified that I would only be charged $35 + taxes monthly beginning on Jan 28, which led me to believe the free trial was indeed valid. However, upon submitting my payment information, I saw that I was charged the full amount of the annual subscription erroneously, so I immediately went to cancel it and contacted the business for help within minutes. I am not using the service, and this large, unexpected cost is a luxury I am unable to afford, putting immense additional strain on my personal financial situation. I am kindly requesting for assistance in processing a refund. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention.

    Hi,I got charged $240 when they mentioned that I will be charged only $20 for the course.The course, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The content is not what I had hoped for, and I am not satisfied with its quality or usability. As a result, I wont be using it going forward.Additionally, my sister was recently involved in an accident, and I urgently need to reallocate these funds toward her medical expenses.     ke the instructor's teaching style and what was being taught. I have over two hundred Udemy courses and most are very good and I've requested refunds on only a handful and this isn't the first time that Udemy denied my request after taking only 10 or 20% of the content. This is not acceptable. They shouldn't advertise a 100% money back refund and then deny if when the user goes through 10% of the course and comes to the decision that they aren't satisfied and want a refund. It is false advertising to do that after saying customers can get a 100% refund within 30 days if not satisfied. If they are going to be dishonest and to this, then there should be a pop-up warning to the user if they continue with another lecture then they can't request a refund. They also have the worse customer support. They offer no email address to send issues to and there is no number to call. They just have some stupid chat that can't figure out what I'm asking most of the time. Thanks and Regards,*****

    I am rejecting this response because: the outdated and erroneous courses are still available for sale. The instructors and Udemy are deceptively stating that these courses will lead to satisfactory learning of these skills, which they will not. They will collect payment for said courses without updating the information, leaving future learners without Udemy's promoted outcome, and likely being denied a refund by Udemy's refund policy.

    Removing the courses will incentivize the instructors to update the material.

    If this is not done in a reasonable amount of time, a complaint with the ************************************************ will be filed.

    opping the learning process. The final expected outcome is a arbitrage bot, and the provided example does not function as expected. I made attempts to contact the instructor for support, the replies were one sentence and vague. The replies were not in a timely manner resulting in my falling outside the refund window.The "Triangular Arbitrage for Crypto with Python - (Fast Track)" course relies on a API that no longer functions. This course was refunded but still exsists as a purchase, allowing both Udemy and the instructor to collect revenue for a poor quality product.Refund terms for the company are 30 days and within an amount of course consumption.

    Then I am legally holding udemy for being a part of the demafamtion that took place and legally responsible for the financial, emotional and phsycial damages I have icurred and will be suing udemy for damaging my reputation publically online.

    Udemy posted false, slanderous, hateful, racist, and damaging comments about me personally on how I talk and how I look on their website, which violates their policies and violates the law.

    They fraudulently deceived me in using their site and damaged my reputation publically online and caused me to lose money in personally life.

    They maliciously allowed a review that attacked me personally in how I look and speak that had NOTHING to do with reviewing the course and I want that malicious, slanderous, racicist, hateful review REMOVED from the udemy site.

    I was recently charged $240 USD on December 19, 2024, for the annual subscription, and I would like to urgently request a refund.     I would like to bring to your attention an issue I am facing regarding a subscription charge. I signed up for a personal subscription plan on Udemy on December 11, 2024, to prepare for a course. Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations, and I stopped using the platform the same day. I immediately attempted to remove my payment method and cancel the subscription.Despite this, I noticed a charge on my ***** account for the subscription fee. As a student, this unexpected expense has created significant financial hardship ( my account went overdraft ). I do not receive my paycheck from the university until next week, and this situation has resulted in a fine with my bank.I cancelled the subscription within an hour, as Udemys policy explicitly mentions that charges apply only until the subscription is canceled. However, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, the representative was unhelpful , rude and denied my claim.I kindly request your help in resolving this matter, as I am under considerable financial stress and need assistance in disputing this charge.     On July 8, 2024 I purchased a course from Udemy with a refund guarantee. The course material was several years out of date so I asked for a refund. Udemy acknowledged the refund request but never returned the money. The company's website uses misleading advertising. The price they charged was printed in strikethrough and a much lower price was printed in bold above it.I asked the credit card comp,any to dispute the purchase and Udemy refused to return the funds. Their response is attached.
