    I continue to be impressed with Curated and in particular my curator *****. I have asked for recommendations and even needed a significant return for a different size fishing *******************. So far, they have saved me hours of googling and dealing with customer service help lines. Definitely will continue to use them. Recommend highly.

    I have never had a more seamless and stressless shopping experience ever! ****** is so kind and patient and knows exactly what I am needing. Also, to have him still reachable after I received the items for questions or help with an exchange is the best! He even followed up once the items were delivered to see what I thought :) If I can get him to shop for my daily everyday items I would feel like a queen!! HAHA - Thanks again ****** and Curated.Com

    My wife purchased skis for our upcoming ski trip. She received the incorrect model of ski and size 186 instead of 154. We tried reaching out to customer service and they're a joke. They told us to email them pictures so we did. They never reached back out to us. We then reached out to them through the order page to submit a ticket. We were notified that the ticket was open and being worked on. We asked if they could send us the correct skis overnight since they messed up and we need to get the Bindings installed and skis waxed before our trip in 2 weeks. They replied that they won't overnight the skis and that they may not even have them anymore. We messaged them back asking how this problem will be resolved and there was no answer. The next day I called and the individual on the phone seemed to have no clue of what was going on. The representative said they needed to talk with the manager and would call back. 30 minutes later we recieve a call and was immediately hung up on upon answering. We tried calling back but the line was busy for an hour. Finally we got ahold of another representative and we were told that she also had no idea what was going on but it seems that her coworker had been on the phone with us earlier. She notified us that they have been waiting on a response from the warehouse of what to do next. I said that her coworker was supposed to speak with a manager. She blew it off and said that they won't do anything until the warehouse tells them what to do. I asked how long that will take and she told me she didn't know because they're not responding and it's already been over 24 hours. We are 2 weeks out from our trip and my wife has no skis. The customer service portion of this company is atrocious. The warehouse portion of the company seems to be illiterate because they can't match an order to a label and apparently can read and respond to messages regarding issues.

    Ive bought several things at Curated. I like that they have professionals to talk to about the products I am interested in. They are very helpful. The system works very well and is easy to use. I will definitely use them again.

    I saw curated on ************* I had recently retired and my clubs were 30 years old. **** helped me pick out a new driver and gap wedge. I have really enjoyed the clubs and have been pleasantly surprised by the personal connection Curated makes with their customers.
