    I've used Curated several times over the past 18 months and my experience has been top notch. *** was exceptional in assisting with my initial search but even more impressive was his follow up to ensure i was satisfied with everything I bought. I'm a customer for life.

    It was one of the best online shopping experiences I had:) they helped me to chose my snowboard gear based on my preferences and were there for me even when I checked out) I would definitely recommend! specially if you are like me not sure where to start with your gear

    My personal experience with Curated has been nothing but positive. Shopping for ski equipment can be difficult and expensive. I'm often left wondering if the salesman really tried to give me the best gear for my situation, or was he just trying to sell me what he has in stock, or whatever piece of equipment just happened to catch my eye. My Curated specialist never makes me feel this way- I always feel like he's listening, researching gear to fit my needs, and sensitive to my budget. My son jokes that I have **** on "speed dial". I even send him comments on the gear I bought, and pictures from the slopes just to say "thank you".

    I love it you create a relationship with your professional. My fly fishing has got way better Curated'spro helped me remove a lot of mystery about the sport. And I have got better at it.

    Ordered a pair of ski poles. Was sent the wrong model color and size. When I reached out to customer care's 'chat', they read the message but no response. This was the same thing that happened when I ordered another item I chose to return. They 'read' the message and then do not respond for a few days. I tried calling the phone number but it just rings until it says no one is available and to either send a message to the chat or try back later. Poor customer service; bring your business elsewhere! REI / ******* / Backcountry / Moosejaw / ********************* all have exceptional customer service. These 'tech' companies don't deserve our business.

    Curated and our snowboarding specialist ************************* has been THE Best! He offers effort assistance in the right gear we need at the best price! He listens, understands and is focused on our needs. We go to him time and time again. The customer service is top notch especially on the one occasion where something has to be returned when I ordered the indirectly size. I will go to them time and time again!********

    Connecting professionals with consumers is a great way to shop for important gear such as skis and accessories. I am so glad I worked with Curated to find all the right equipment for the sport I love. This is next level customer experience and all companies should take notes and try to provide this level of service! A great example of a business that will thrive and I cant wait to refer them to all my friends.

    As a new skier, I was jumping into a new industry with basically zero knowledge of the sport. I worked with an expert named ***** who was extremely knowledgable about not only the sport but the vast amount of equipment they have as well.***** was able to connect my needs with the correct equipment, was incredibly responsive, and immensely helpful in countless ways. Even took the time to explain/breakdown ski vocabulary to me.I've already recommended Curated to numerous friends and family and will continue to do so.
