      We found LA Mesa in ************** to be totally uncaring about any issue in our new 2022 RV the moment we left their lot. From defective windows and electrical systems to kitchen faucets falling off due to laziness in simply checking a s**** This dealership is only after your money and knows they sell too many RV's to have any manufacturer say anything back to them. If you know how to negotiate and preinspect a vehicle this is a good place for a good deal. Otherwise expect to get burned and find many defects that should have been fixed but were covered up or ignored instead.

      Do NOT buy from La Mesa RV - all the reviews are TRUE. When you are buying they are all over you and then if you have an ISSUE they do NOT CARE. They ignore you, don't return phone calls. We spent almost $200K and they have NO FOLLOW through with our Jayco TERRAIN. The vehicle has ELECTRICAL issues, and is not operating as it was advertised. We had to call the ***** Factory to get assistance. As far as La Mesa RV goes, they are treating it very hands off with no sense of URGENCY. BUYER BEWARE

      Do not buy from La Mesa Rv they only care about you when you buy. After you start complaining about all the issues you have with your rv they dont care, they ignore you. Horrible service!! The ruined my couches and interior of my cabinets with some kind of paint tbat was spattered when they replaced my floor they couldnt renove it after. My floor was left in triple horrible condition dont know how someone will leave it like that.No manager supervision on the service techs work. We have had other issues arise. DO NOT BUY FROM LA MESA RV!!

      RV Thor 3/2022. The sales part needs a trophy for pushing the rv insurance down your eardrums even when you said NO ***** times. I purchased a brand new Thor rv from LaMesa **************** ** and 4 months later I am still in the area waiting for the parts that never arrived. Some did but they did a very horrible job to get me out of the way. I will have to have it redone again. A total disaster, one thing after another. The customer service is set to fix 5 wrong things per visit, so every month I had a visit. Finally, I had to take charge of my life and said I get the issues fixed at my home state. I met some nice people in the waiting area with rv issues as well, and also very disapointing about the service provided because they kept coming back to fix what supposed to have been fixed previously. The LaMesa RV at ****************, ** has no feelings, you are a number to them, I had a broken toilet and I was living and waiting in my rv for the parts, and I have to beg service department to get my toilet fix. Expect atrocious service after you purchased your rv from LaMesa RV in ****************, *******. My issues were never completely fixed. On my last visit, I felt they kicked me out and service what tired to see me. They treated me wrong - but, what goes around comes around. I hope review helps other to realize that the service area at that location is very bullying if your rv happens to have many issues - but the service doesn't have to be so bully and merciless when we are stressed trying to understand an over 100k investment paid cash and with so many issues. I have come to find out that the caused is cheap labor and over production and lack of inspectors or placing an inspector stickers when it was not properly inspected before it leaves the factory. However; when the dealer receives the rvs they should inspect as well before they sell especially my skybunk bed rubber was never in place and was all out., so they skipped roof inspection.

      The ******* ** dealership folks were fine. My issue is that they sat on the $6,600 dollars I gave them for my warranty on 5/19 and I am in my second day of trying to get my warranty activated so I can get my toilet fixed.While **** in finance blew a constant stream of smoke up my a** about the complexities of activating a warranty on an RV, I suspect that If I had made it to 60 months without a claim, the$6,600 would have never left the dealership. I am wondering if this is an industry standard practice or if La Mesa is unique.

      Purchased and accepted a Used RV on 26 May 2022 from LaMesa in ******* **. Two (2) weeks have passed with no Vehicle Title paperwork received by our Attorney in spite of the fact this was a cash deal with no financing. Unable to obtain Registration and plates. Telephoned and emailed Sales and ******************* repeatedly in an attempt to determine status. No one answers the telephones and no replies to emails. In addition, when we were being processed by the ******************* we were told our Insurance Policy was not acceptable. 150 miles from home, we had to order another policy at a cost of $1,300. Now we have two (2) insurance policys for the same vehicle. THEN, the ****************** representative decided the original policy was, in fact, acceptable. So, we are left with the responsibility of cancelling the second policy and working to obtain a refund of $1,300. Note, as the current trite saying goes, This was not our first rodeo. It was our seventh RV purchase. None of the other six transactions were as difficult.Like so many others, once LaMesa has the money and you are out of sight, you are persona non grata, they don't know you, and they pointedly don't want to talk to you.***** Old Aviator LLC

      It has been a fantastic experience in purchasing our 2022 Entegra Coach. ***************** has been with in every single step of the process. *** made sure we were accommodated in every step we took. I have purchased many ***************************** and have never received such hospitality and going above what is required. If you want the best...Go see LaMesa RV and ask for ***.We also couldnt have had such smooth transition without ***** and **** in the finance department. Thank you Friends!!
