    We have been super happy with our service. If we need anything, we follow their direction to submitting a ticket, and their response is always fast and direct. The answering service for our company is awesome and ties into easy to follow instruction to reach many of our associates. 5 stars from **.

    At first I had a issue with the set-up and billing, but with some communication and some clarity we worked out the issues with the service and billing. Liked the features of having extensions to accommodate my business. Resolved my issues in a professional manner. **************

    Did charges to my credit card even after I stated to be notified of any charges beforehand.I thought I was getting a good deal on the service but want to know for sure what the cost was, the service wasn't even running during the so called trial period due to some kind of business verification. And then have the audacity to say that they are trying to work with you, Beware they are thieves and do not honor good business practices, the info is deceiving to say the least.

    This company has extremely poor CRM practices and has a poor working website. I used the company starting in Sept ************************************************* Oct then tried to cancel from Nov-Current. I reached out to their customer service and was basically harassed via email and phone when I requested 4/5x time have my account canceled. I was lied to by one rep saying that it was another rep who responded when in fact his name was the second rep who responded. They then threatened me with a lawsuit because I told them Id be reporting them to the BBB for their constant harassment and them continuing to try and charge me for random amounts. Do not utilize this service it barely works and has a poor operating system and the reps are bullies when you try to cancel.

    This place is the worst. They advertise for business phone service for $3.99. You get what you pay for but as a new business we have to keep cost down so I went ahead and tried it. The 7day trial we were excited for the service as the features were amazing. After the 7 days and a month after we had no service. You cannot talk to a live person if you have issues you have to send a message through your portal and they take more than 24 hours to get back to you. They say its so that you wont use up your minutes but I have another phone that I can use. I can talk to you don't worry about me worry about you. They said they sent an email out to me and they didn't. They said they could not find our registry number with the state. I googled it because I didn't know it off hand. I asked for my number to be turned back on and still nothing. No number no refund. Dont use them

    The site is a scam. They offered first month free service and charged unauthorized amount. They purposely do not provide you record of invoice, original pricing terms.
