    OfficeTree has been a huge help with keeping my online and business and professional presence as well as keeping me connected to my clients. They have been amazing to work with and have been very pleasant and helpful whenever I needed assistance. They have been a pleasant surprise and a very affordable service for small businesses like mine. I fully recommend.

    Office tree has AMAZING customer service, coming from someone who has worked in CS over 10 years and is starting her own *************. This was a great experience as I had so much trouble with setting everything up, that they credited me AND walked me through the process. The customer service *** almost had me on a first name basis and I got the same *** every time we dealt with my issue and I could tell that that was on purpose. Thats dedication.

    Learn from our mistakes and stay away. Very unclear billing and poor customer service. We filled a ******************** complaint and they have since stopped our service, are holding our phone number hostage, and still billing us! They are telling us to withdraw our complaint to reactivate our service yet they are still billing us!

    We love our virtual phone system and will be adding new departments. The call routing makes it super simple and support is available to help set everything ***** is super easy to operate and the customer service is excellent. ***** went the extra mile to expedite and help us when we merged with another company. The best thing about this service is that an actual person will contact you on the phone instead of endless emails or tech pages. The price and features are the best you will find as we reviewed all the others. We highly recommend Officetree.
