    Hi-We have purchased your software to do medical billing submit claims, post payment and follow up on claims. we have start working with more than 1 month but we are unable to submit a single claim by using your software. Because the things are not setup properly at your end and we have generated multiple cases like ******** , ******** , ********, ******** to resolve our issue but nobody has resolve our issue and they also closed the case without resolution. I have called Chirotouch support on a daily basis to resolve the issue so we will be able to submit the claims but there is no responsible person there who will resolve the issue. We purchased this for our billing purpose but your soft and support do not help to proceed with our work and we feel like there is no professional person there to resolve the issue. If you are behaving like that we will terminate our contract with you because your services are so pathetic. And we can not wait any more because we have to submit claims on a daily basis and do work continuously. So lastly we are requesting you to resolve the issue otherwise we will not proceed further and waiting for your positive response.

    I have been a member with Chirotouch since last year. I opened a new chiropractic practice with the excitement of using the software to do my billing and notes because this is what I used in school. Since I have been using the software, I have had ongoing issues with little to no resolution. These issues are ranging from speed issues, payment allocation and payment designation to any particular patient. I have reached out to the company on numerous occasions with no follow up, no resolution to any of my issues. Every time they update the system, something else gets messed up, I reach out to them and it takes upwards of two weeks to get a hold of someone. I've been in touch with the manager several times with very inconsistent communication. I pay a lot of money a month for the entire package and I am now to the point where I am offended and fed up. There was even a discussion about financial compensation due to the overwhelming issues that I've had with the company. I have heard nothing back to confirm whether or not I was approved for the credit.

    I agreed to sign a contract with Chirotouch provided there was a 30 day grace ****** for cancellation without issue. I confirmed with the sales rep and have it in writing. This was on 12/26/22. Currently, my business plans have changed and I am no longer in need of this software. I reached out to cancel on 1/5/22 (all documented) and every person in the company is avoiding calls, emails, and/or stating they "are not the right person" to handle this. I have tried calling multiple numbers and cannot get through to anyone on the live chat that is available on their website. The customer service is atrocious and I want to make sure that legally I get out of this contract while I am in the grace ******. I am happy to provide further details and proof.
