    No tech or customer service. Broken products. Broken promises. Faulty billing. Check FB before considering this company. and do NOT under any circumstances give them your credit card or account for billing - they seem to create expenses out of thin air. Calling or txting for resolution will get you constant pass-the-buck games. Our latest issue is that CT is still billing us for a service we cancelled over a year ago. They refuse to let it go and just keep wanting more money. If you are considering this software check out the ChiroTouch *********** on FBook. You will see many, many frustrated customers.

    We have been a CT customer for almost 7 years. Paid $1,750 each year with an additional $79 per month for extra services. When we heard discussions of other chiros stating the cloud service was not good and ** had horrible customer service we decided to ask to leave our contract of basic and cloud and thats when the horrible service really kicked in. I have tried to reach and discuss our concerns with ** and us leaving since early October 2023 and have been given the runaround and have not been spoken to. Even after 10s of calls and emails, nothing. They hide behind a contract with horrible customer service and even if we ended up paying I plan on taking them to court by myself.

    We are finally done with ChiroTouch! ******!!! Their customer support is the worst I have seen in the industry. Most of their employees are rude and unhelpful. There are a handful that are helpful. When I inquired about exporting our data from ** I was told by 2 people at ** that they gave ** no assistance and that I would need to manually export all data from each patient individually! I spend 3 weeks trying to get a solid answer because ** not exporting data is a violation of CMS guidelines. ** nickel and dimes you for each feature. Our cost was over $600 per month for pretty basic functionality. They wanted even more money to add online booking. Their integrated merchant processor, Global Payments, was just as bad, so a perfect fit for **. We have switched to JaneApp for our EMR. It is so much easier to use, online booking is free, intake forms are free, our CC processing fees are less, their integrating insurance clearing house is great! We are paying much less for **** and getting much more than we did with **!

    Swapped the cloud for 8 months which was a nightmare within itself. They sold us on a beta program but did not tell us, there was a solid month that we did not even have a way to balance our drawers at the end of the day. Now we are battling with Chirotouch Classic because our text reminders are not going out and were just fine prior. We are paying for this and we have provided them with all the information multiple times to have this fixed only they do not have it working. They told me it was a third-party Twilio, and Chirotouch could not and would not provide me with a phone number or any contact information, so I googled them for contact information. They reviewed our information and there will be a review of them as well.

    What we were told and what we got are not even close. Merged to the cloud 7 months ago and has been a nightmare. So much wrong, money not going through, claims going to the wrong gateway, rejections because of errors in software, and NO SUPPORT, because there are so many errors, the few techs they have are overwhelmed. The office manager is overwhelmed and not able to other duties, because buried in trying to fix problems. Money not flowing.
