       8/15/2024 I filed a complaint with the BBB to get this company to stop charging my ****** account. They responded to the BBB that my account would be closed but on 8/15/2024, they once again charged my ****** account. I want confirmation that they will cancel my account and stop charging any additional monies.

      I bought and paid for there software program Fixit Professional on May 18th. I downloaded it online and received an activation code that didn't work. All I want it to do is work. I asked for a refund and was told they'd get back to me. Then they sent me an email saying that's a different department and to call an 800 # for that problem. When I called them I got more runaround and could not get through to anyone after trying repeatedly. They sent me to Avanquest Zendesk which is supposedly one of their customer service units but when I tried to go there it said I was not authorized to sign in there. They have many so-called customer support phone numbers and websites that do nothing. All I want is my money back which was about $55.00 I have bought several products from them before but when I log into my account the last one it shows is from 2021. I bought this product in May 2024.

      The product I purchased from Inpixio software did not work. I submitted a support ticket that went unanswered. I tried the live chat feature and was sent through several different tech agents, none of which were helpful or able to resolve the issue. The software crashes as soon as you load a picture. The live support agent sent the same instructions and troubleshooting page even after she herself had remotely accessed my machine and tried to install the product herself. She verified that my computer specs exceeded their recommendations for the software so she uninstalled and started over with one of their older versions less than what I had paid for. When it failed, she transferred me to another tech. Five techs later, the last guy sent me to the billing **** who informed me that I was not eligible for a refund even though their product would not work. I made it clear that I'd rather have the product fixed than refunded but she said she'd escalate it to a manager, disconnected the chat and no one responded via chat nor email. I'm just out the money. I should have read all of the other complaints before buying the software, much less allowing them to remote into my computer. Buyer beware!

      I received notification of an automatic renewal from this company. I have never used this software, it was included in my ** purchase and has been deleted from my **. When I contacted the company and attempted to long in, I did not have an account listed in their system. I reached up to the company and have yet to receive a response. I'm unclear as to how I have an auto renewal set up if no account exists under my name. Perhaps I simply missed the charges over the past 4 years, perhaps It was in the fine print when I purchased the ** with the preloaded software package. Thats my fault. HOWEVER, I want the latest transaction cancelled and charges refunded. I want my name removed from their autopay records, because I have no account, I'm unable to cancel something that I cannot access.
