    I was glad that I didn't have to go to the rent office to collect any papers. I didn't have to go down to rent reporter's office to return papers. I didn't have to do the research to make the process happen to get the positive outcome it gave. Thank you, Rent Reporters, for actually doing what you said you'll do.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I signed up for a promotion which I believed was for 30 days free. Come to find out I only got the promotion if I signed up for something called rent check within 48 hours (which I was not made aware of). I received a charge for $95 which I requested a refund for. The company then stated I had 7 business days to request a refund which from 9/4-9/6 is not 7 days, but somehow I missed the 7 day deadline which had been cut to 48 hours. I was not given this information otherwise I wouldve signed up within 48 hrs. I still want my refund. They said I could get a refund if I signed up for rent check which is a scamDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

    I spoke to **** from rent reporters, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get my rent verified. Rentreporters is a great company where they report your monthly paid rent to Equifax and *********** adding to your credit age and your monthly payments. This automatically increases your credit score and its a great thing not only are you paying rent, but its being reported to the credit bureaus I highly recommend Rentreporters for a credit increase.!
