  This has been by far the worst experience and customer service Ive ever encountered. When I initially signed up for the service, I specifically requested monthly payments, but was charged the full fee upfront. After paying, I was sent on a frustrating runaroundcollecting bank statements at their request, which I had to pay extra foronly to be told later that they dont even accept them.Despite carefully flagging and submitting my rental history multiple times, they repeatedly claimed I was doing it incorrectly. I reached out for help in case something was submitted wrong, but received no support. I even provided a copy of my lease, bank-verified images of cashed rent checks, and granted them direct access to my accountyet they still refused to acknowledge the documentation.When I finally requested a refund, they abruptly canceled my account without warningnever reporting anything to the credit bureaus as they advertise. After all the time, energy, and out-of-pocket expenses, they still denied my refund request.The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer support is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, time, and moneystay far away from this company.

  On March 23, 2025 I signed up with them. I wanted to do the monthly fee and they charged me for the yearly. They also claimed they could not verify me and cancelled my account. I requested a refund which they claimed would be reviewed and processed, only to tell me on March 26, 2025 that I was not able to be refunded despite offering a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial reporting, meaning a full refund and removal of your rent history from your credit report if you're unsatisfied within that period and my not getting services at all which should definitely qualify me for a refund. ******* where I am located has a 3 day refund policy and ********** where they are located has a policy where a consumer should be able to cancel online which they cannot they have to contact the company and the company can say no at their discretion and they also have a 7 day policy. I am a victim of identity theft and offered to provide letter from *** because the theft makes it hard for me to be verified and they refused. Now I will not provide anything additional to them because they are scammers who kept my money. I have filed a dispute with my card company. I have filed a complaint with the **** and now here. ******. My landlord was even waiting to verify everything. I am a single mom and do not have any amount of money to spare for nothing. I am a survivor of domestic violence and was financially abused and alienated another reason I may have been hard to verify but they didn't give me options on how I could get verified they simply cancelled and opted to keep my money. I need it back.

  The process was a fairly simple one. Once I communicated with my landlord and provided the lease, I saw my rent being reported within a week. Im very pleased with the result.

  Rent reporters are where they say they are. No scam here. Was sceptical until I decided to just give it a ****** score went up 20 points in the first two days.I would say try it.A guaranteed thing if your looking for your score to go up.

  At first I was very unsure about the company. My text messaging with an associate was disconnected twice. I had determined in my mind this was probably a scam. Fortunately I was very wrong, I had the chance to speak to an associate live and she assured me the company was legitimate. I am grateful for not jumping to conclusions!! In less than three weeks later my vantage score increased by 132 points!!!! Please don't hesitate join and reap the benefits!!!!

  RentReporters.com is a complete scam that preys on unsuspecting customers. Here's my frustrating experience:1. I signed up for their service using my ITIN number, which they initially accepted without issue.2. When I submitted my ITIN verification letter, they suddenly claimed they do not accept ITIN numbers - after already taking my $50+ payment.3. Despite their error and misleading sign-up process, they refuse to provide a refund, hiding behind vague "terms of service".4. I've been trying to resolve this for TWO MONTHS, and they have been completely unresponsive.The most infuriating part is their bait-and-switch tactic: accepting my application, taking my money, and then refusing service without a proper refund. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are ************** yourself the headache and money - avoid RentReporters.com at all costs!
