    I stumbled upon rent reporter's reporters try to raise my credit scores by simple paying my rent on time hoping it would reflect on my credit score. In 2 weeks, the results speaks for itself, my score rosed up by 50 points so now I am able to qualified to purchased a home! Yes it's 10$ a month plus the initial sign up fees, but the benefits outweighs the cost.

    I'll you one thing about this company which is supposed to help you they hurt you. I signed up for the service and canceled 2 days later after realizing that my landlord wouldn't be able to keep up with what they're asking for so I canceled my service. Do you that if you cancel prior to your first reporting you can't get a refund ??? No what about the customers with landlords that can't oblige with the paper work or the things they ask for due to them being too busy or just plain a******* ??? How do you guys not provide a service and do nothing and won't give a refund but then say you have to let us do the service in order for you to get a refund but if your landlord won't oblige then how will ever get your refund ????? this plain highway robbery - I just called my lawyer and he said unless the refund policy was clear during checkout I am owed a refund ..... Stay away stay away

    Rent reporters is a great way to boost your credit score while doing something that has to paid monthly anyway, also it helps with rental history showing up on your credit that makes a big difference when looking to move and also showing you've maintained ************* over the years I would recommend.

    I did a rent to own on the property that I currently own. I explained the rental history was before my purchase of the home. They explained for whatever reason that's not in their policy to report under those circumstances. I said that's fine please provide a full refund and they kept my money. I have been calling several departments and emailing billing for 3 months. Every time they say they will call me back nothing happens and the hold times to call in are horrible. Now I am going to file complaint against the business and make sure on all social media outlets where the company is mentioned I post this experience. It will cost them more than it has cost me today.

    Hi *****, I understand your description of the situation, however, your account was classified as "self reporting" and not eligible for refund because you were listed on the title of the property as the owner.  Our terms of use are clear on this point because we still have to do the work to verify you and the property.  Our FAQs also address this.  We are bound by the credit bureaus rules on this matter and by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
