    the company made it very difficult to add a co-lease. ******** of Rentreporters asked for payment ledger for verification since it was difficult to reach the property manager of the apartment complex which I provided and she didn't want to give a timeframe of how long it will take for the verification process. Also for the primary address that has been listed on the credit report for years, she threaten the idea of removing the tradeline after receiving the required documents. You can remove a tradeline from a credit report without probable cause and making monthly payments. Also, lets discuss the promos Rentreporters creates and pushes out for new and existing customers. There were several occasions where I participated in the requirements of the promos and never receiving the credits in a timely manner whereas I had to constantly hound the live agents about the matters or email the customer service representatives. Then, their app caused a glitch where I was locked out for weeks.

    I've been using rent reporters for the past two years, I believe. I have nothing but positive comments for the ******* credit has been going up, and part of that is thanks to them.

    I would definitely recommend using RentReporters you credit score went up within two days of reporting by 46 points on transunion and 45 points on equifax, this is amazing I also recommended my sister and she has signed up and successfully boosted her credit score!

    I love this companies customer service. They work quickly! I was also frequently followed up with after having a challenge getting in touch with my landlord and updating accurate rental payments. I was called with an update of them finally getting in contact and it was a smooth process moving forward. I got the promotion code to get started without having the full initial starting fee upfront. Which is a great alternative. So far, Im loving the service and looking forward to the results of my credit score boosting!

    Guys, renters report is a legit...business. So far I 1st did a through research, called them like 3 times. Just to be on the same page...and all 3 Reps, and patiently guided, talked, provided same true information of the same deal.But since I have a 3rd party FA, for rent...I'd figure reporting would not happen or be considered. But know like less than 1 month and my credit score is up, no joke....like ***** points. I do not get the promos, because I patiently just Wait with no need to pay 25$ extra to expedite. Nope...not me...I'm trying to meet ends...and even then when I encounter an issue, with anyone at the process or if I get charge more than what was previously said... then yes, I will act accordingly. Meanwhile I pay my dues, they report, my credit goes up..And happy ALL.Try it out.

    On customer service, ******************** does not honor their promo. They're payment selection page confuses a lot of people. Read reviews. And then even though they sent you a promo they won't help apply it. Then they will send a followup text asking if you want to pay more to get better service. SMH.
