      I, too, have been using USTech Support and products for many years. What I like is 24//7 service. I have had many different kinds of problems with my computer and associated equipment over the years and no matter the problem a technician was able to fix all of them in a timely fashion. Usually, the the technician who first receives my call is able to resolve my issue, but in the rare instance when this is not the case, there is always someone assigned to my case with the knowledge to correct my problem. They have never failed me.
