  HavenHub did an awesome job with our yard. The new grass looks great, but most importantly our two dogs love playing and relaxing on it. The team was friendly, fast, and made everything easy. Were really happy with how it turned out. Job well done!

  Absolutely love the new backyard we have! We were tired of not being able to enjoy the back of the house. Great communication from the guys and the designer was so informative. 10/10 recommend! Definite 5 stars!

  This is not intended to bash the company as a whole, but people need to be leery of this organization. The following is a summary of my experience with Haven Hub;I signed up for some basic landscaping in my backyard. What enticed me were the financing options. I signed off on the project for approximately $20,000. One week later, the salesman called and said he misquoted and didnt include dealer fees for the financing, $3,000. The salesman offered to pay me approximately $50 a month for twelve months to cover the increase in the monthly payment after adding the $3,000. This was the first red flag. I made the mistake of trusting this person and followed through with the agreement. The salesman took his measurements and put the design together on a iPad. H*** of a salesman, not much of an engineer. The salesman was so good he even convinced me to refer jobs and work as a contractor for haven hub. I provided the salesman with two decent sized jobs.The project got to a late start, but no big deal we were being patient. Every different contractor that came had a vague idea of the project but felt free to give me additional ideas and input ultimately making changes to the original plans. The people who came out for the sod brought ********** sod on a pallet and set it on the hot concrete at 12 pm in 100+ degree weather and did not install it until the following afternoon. Needless to say, it dried out and did not survive long. After several requests for the company to fix the grass and management sending me links to ******* videos on how to water my grass, they finally came out to replace the entire sod. I was referred to managers, CEOs, quality control managers, and other different titled folks who all seem to share the same type of mentality, customers last.Meanwhile, the projects I gave to Haven Hub have been completed and I am yet to see payment. There are many more details I couldnt fit into this review but I just want people to be aware.

  Before we used to have a patch of ugly dried up dirt that we had to constantly look at. Now we have a nice patch of green and even better the kids have a place to run around and play on!! Abosultely love it! Fair and easy to work with also.
