    I’m so happy with my new backyard! Everything looks and feels great! HavenHub is a professional, competent, and enjoyable company to work with. Their process is clear and concise from start to finish. I would highly recommend giving them a call about home services needs!

    Haven Hub does not do landscape work. They subcontract out the job to random people who's work and experience (if any) is a mystery. The photos you see do not represent Haven Hub's work because you don't know who is actually going to show up on your property. There is also no oversight of the project to make sure it's being done right. They say the contract is vague "due to the nature of the industry" but then use the excuse of "technically, it's not in the contract" to get out of doing the job that was promised. No point in talking to anyone in the business. Everyone is "an executive". Theres like 5 people that work here and everyone says they are working diligently but no one is actually doing anything. The random guys that do the actual job don't know who they are and you'll have to re-explain everything in detail about the job to them because nothing gets communicated to them. The only thing HavenHub did consistently was call me to give them the tracking number for the final check. Too bad. Not in the contract for me to do so. Not my problem if no one actually works at the office that the contract states to send the check to. Point is, don't hire them. You are better off just driving to ********** and picking up a few day workers to help you with the manpower. The staff also gives themselves 5 star reviews without disclosing that they work there. ******.
