    Of course immigration services are very backed up and have been for some time. However, the agent that counseled me through the entire process of Global Entry application was wonderful. I always received a reply rapidly if I had a question. Always kind, helpful and encouraging- some of the best customer service I've ever received is the only way to explain ******'s gracious help.

    I was so pleased with the support that I received from ************** as I was renewing my Global Entry card. There were a few glitches and some anxiety from me during the process. However, ****** was patient and helpful at every step of the way. She was informative, clear and reassuring at every step. What could have been a difficult task for was solved in such an understandable way. I am so appreciative for all our interaction. In these days using tech and interacting with businesses/ bureaucracies can be daunting. ****** made sure that I would be able to complete my renewal successfully! Many thanks to her for the job well done.

    I had a great experience with this company and ***** in particular. I let my GOES expire and tried for several months, without success, to navigate the Trusted Traveler site and obtain a new number. I almost gave up and resigned to standing in lines at the airport when I found this company listed on line. ***** was assigned to my case and she explained it would be easier to start a new request but it may take longer. I opted for the new request, ***** monitored the situation along the way and sent me very detailed instructions on how to proceed, and explained exactly how to answer questions on the Goes website.. We had success and in a few months, I have a valid GOES number and all is well. It is definitely worth the fees and in future I will use this company to renew my cards. Excellent company on all levels and I definitely recommend.

    Worst ********** in THE WORLD......I have spent endless hours trying to make it work.....after finally getting through to a Global Entry agent, I'm told there are NO reservations for an interview EVER.....Someone should be held responsible....This Global Entry is a JOKE.....don't waste your time....MCawley

    i found it a difficult process but with customer service rep ***** got through the process. Do think it should be made simpler, not everyone has a computer or the i intelligence to get through such a technical process.. The people i met along the way were very help *** but would never had made it without them.Plus getting the final interview was impossible without the help of *****. The men at the interview were excellent. I mean all of this as positive feed back
