    Went through the process of filling out application and did not realize it was not part of Homeland Security. I have tried calling numerous times only to be hung up on, sent e-mails requesting a refund but no reply not happy.

    I agree with everyone that this companies website is misleading, as we all know already they are a 3rd party company. My experience with them was different, like we all did, I paid the extra fee, But after filling out the application I was notified in one day where to go for my interview. So I have no complaints, they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

    They didnt run my insurance and charged my personal account $250 and Ive been waiting 7 months for a refund Ive called their billing department about 20 times and its always pending the drs and nurses are great but the billing are trash

    Sadly I was also taken by the official look of this website. Within minutes of completing the application I requested cancellation of the request. I was offered 25% off their fee but not a refund of the full processing fee. They said my application was in process which, given how quickly I cancelled was doubtful. Now they have sensitive information. I am going to attempt canceling the payment through my credit card company. Given this was my first application for global entry I didn't know what the price should be.

    This company is very misleading. It appeared as part of the *** website. They did not fill out the application, I did on the *** website. Did they check the application? If so how do they know if what I entered is correct? Its not public record. Fact;They could not review the application as I changed the password. (Recommended by ***). I offered to give them the new password but they didnt appear to want it. Just replied by copying and pasting stuff from *** website. I was conditionally approved and told by *** to schedule an interview. I contacted my fasttrac agent and was told I could do this online through the *** website. Did they help me at all? NO Did they help schedule an interview? NO Did they notify me of the changes in my application progress? NO What did I pay $169 for?My recommendation. Dont waste your money.

She helped with both filing the application and activating the card once it was approved. First-rate customer service all the way. ********

    This company is a scam. I thought there were part of the federal government, but theyre a third party. They took my money, scammed by personal information. *** asked for assistance but got none. *** asked for them to cancel my application, delete my personal information and refund my money. No response even though they say they provide 24/7 assistance. Fraud, scammers.

    In all fairness, the information is right there for you to see. This is NOT a government agency. It says so clearly in the terms and conditions. That being said, it's really easy to miss the disclosure and it's easy to miss the part about them charging you an extra $150 to provide the service.It feels sketchy because:1. The outbound message on the phone gives explicit instructions on how to request a refund (I don't know of any other business that does this).2. The web site to request a refund is NOT the same as the site to submit an application (it's not even the same domain); there's no link to the refund website from the application web site 3. I feel like the disclaimer about not being affiliated with the government agency should be highlighted at the TOP of the page in bold That being said, the disclaimer IS there for you to read. The contact information IS available in the reply email (check your junk folder). I am hopeful that this will have a positive outcome (in which case, I'll up the rating to 2 stars).

    ******** was exceptional to work with and did and absolutely GREAT job getting my husband's Global Entry card renewed. *** worked with us and answered all our concerned as we are elderly and were somewhat confused in filling out the forms etc! *** was very CARING and SUPPORTIVE and SUPER wonderful in helping ** get the card! She also was very prompt in her responses to ** and did an AWESOME job in helping **!!!
