    Study.com has helped my family save thousands of dollars and months earning college credits. Self-paced, college-level classes completed completely online are a dream come true. The videos are short and interesting and the study material is all helpful and relevant.

    I am such a huge fan of Study.com and their app! I have been using the app to study for the **** exam, and have found it to be invaluable. My favorite aspects of the program are the broken down individual ******s that make the material easy to understand, and the availability to ask educators/professionals questions about the material, if needed. My only piece of criticism would be that some of the questions in the ****** quizzes are not directly mentioned in the ****** itself. However, this seems to be fairly rare. All in all, Study.com is a great resource for studying anything; be it a college course, an entrance exam, or just trying to continue your education on your own terms.

    Emailed into Study.com regarding exams per month maximum. After receiving a response from a CS rep named *******. I did not get a clear answer so I asked to have it escalated on Friday 11/4.

    After following up monday. I received no reply from escalation or *******.

    I created a new ticket for the non response. ******* replies & tells me my question was answered on the 4th.

    I reminded him per his email he stated it would be escalated. He stated it was not escalated as he was waiting on my reply. I sent him a screenshot of his email which states:

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us! In order to better serve you, and to get you the best possible resolution, I have forwarded your request along to our account specialists to look into this issue further for you. I should have an update for you shortly! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If any additional information is required, they may contact you directly. I hope to have an update for you shortly!

    He then basically said 'technically' when it's escalated a new ticket is created. Which I did not appreciate him not trying to solve the problem but play a game of who is correct.

    I told him his service to me has been ************ would make sure to follow up with a manager.

    11/10 Called into their phone service. (3rd party) & let them know the issues I had been having & how I had previous left messages.

    The rep told me I would have to leave another message & await a callback. I let the person know I had already done that. Since they could not help I requested a manager.

    The manager '******' listened to my issues thus far & proceeded to forward me to the line anyways even though I stated I did not want to leave a message again.

    After calling back a few times I spoke with ***, who stated he has a contact for study.com that he can let know the information I have provided thus far.

    I am awaiting a callback/email currently.

    Thus far has been a pretty terrible experience.

    We love Study.com for earning college credit. My 17 year old has earned 69 credits with the help of Study.com. From self-paced credit offerings to CLEP test prep, she has felt confident throughout the process and we are saving tons of money on her college education at the same time as completing her high school credits. The lessons are easy to understand and there is no extra busy work!

    I have been very happy with Study.com as I have been preparing for my Praxis exam. I am working on preparing for this exam with a busy life - like many of you! By having a set study plan with goals and having all the information at my finger tips, studying has felt easy and I am feeling confident as I get closer to my exam date (which I pushed up because I have been able to work through the material quickly). I feel as though study.com has prepared me well for my upcoming Praxis exam and I have had no stress in what I have to study because it is right there for me!

    Complete waste of time and money. You will have to cancel your card to cancel your account. Worst online company I have ever dealt with.

    Paying for my daughter's Study.com was the best decision I've made in a long time! My daughter previously dropped out of our local community college due to financial responsibilities and a grueling work schedule. However Study.com was the answer to it all. My daughter is now back on schedule to reaching her academic goal! My daughter is able to complete her course requirements at a more comfortable pace, access tutoring, and pass *** final exams. ( thanks to the quizzes) Highly recommend!
