  I have mostly been pleased with study.com until I finished my coursework and went to transfer credits. I have a course I finished a couple weeks ago, and its been 15 days since I turned in the final assignment but they have not graded it and support is ignoring my messages and I cant get an answer on if or when it will be graded so I cant transfer the credits. It seems as though once your subscription is over they stop offering any support and stop grading assignments that were turned in well before the subscription ended. Very frustrating and a poor conclusion to what was other wise a decent experience

  BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN UP!!!!! I signed up to use this to study for state testing as a future teacher. When I created my account it said that I would pay $39.99 a month with a $2.00 tax fee. The next month it went to $50 with no notice, and the next month it went to $63, and they state that I was on a promo for the first month, but the welcome email stated that I would pay $39.99 plus $2.00 tax. This is a scam company and I recommend that no one use them.

  My soon took Calculus 1 and Pass the exam , prior to take this course , we called to Study.com ( first time and Last ) they taken the calls ( we opened a ticket too ) we verify with study that we can transfer this credits to the ******************* system , none of this college and ******************* accepts this credits $550 ********* not take any of this courses if you need the credit transfers for the many of the "big colleges

  Worst service ever. They engage in False Adversitment. My Study.com ID is ******** This is the second month theyre charging me. The rules states that: 5 exams can be taken per month. After I take 3 exams, their system doesnt accept any further purchase for 2 additional exams. This is unacceptable. This is the ticket number #******* **************** tells me that Ive reach 5 exams but dont show any proof. Again, False Advertisement. If its only three exams, the company should state that.

Additional exams are available for purchase if you wish to take more than 2 exams per billing period. You are allowed to take a maximum of 5 exams per billing cycle.   Study.com was exactly what I needed! When I decided it was time for a career change, I opted to earn my Masters through ***, but I needed a couple more prerequisites before I was able to be admitted to the program. Study.com allowed me to complete my credits quickly from home for much less money than any local college options.

  ******! - DO NOT USE!There are LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ON THE ****** site!10/25/2024.I found an interesting article one their site.I ONLY read the top half visible without subscribing.I repeat: I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE.Yet, the next day, Study.com charged me $21.I called ***** (Customer Happiness Manager repeatedly. No answer.I emailed - repeatedly. No answer.I finally found their answering service number and a woman who resolved the issue without any questions.She seemed so un-phased, as if she was used to this... NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

  I went into my time with study.com thinking that I knew what I was getting into. ******* blog and ******** posts, one thinks that they have a good impression of the organization. I did my homework, my school accepted the credits and was even one of the partner universities. I even planned my time so that I could get the courses done at study.com for a time when my other courses and responsibilities were minimal. I wanted to quickly get the courses finished before an upcoming semester. The course content and quizzes were straightforward. I thought that the content was of appropriate level and it matched in difficulty with my actual college classes. My courses did include assignments as well. The assignments, which involved computer code, were graded within 24 hours. That was truly a phenomenal turnaround. However, for the multiple choice final exams, which are proctored, I am still waiting. It has now been over 3 weeks! This is frustrating as you have to continue to pay 235 dollars a month for the service. I am nearing the time where I need to pay for a third month just to give them more time to grade. I actually finished the courses within the one month window and expected to cancel the service at the end of the first month. The 235 dollar monthly fee is even a good deal; provided that your final exam is graded in a reasonable time. Even paying for two months, I still come out ahead financially when compared to my school's tuition. However, to me this now seems like a cash grab as the exams are multiple choice. It shouldn't be that difficult to grade them! Is study.com purposefully dragging their feet to force you to pay for extra months? Come on study.com, you can do better.

  Im currently using Study.com for homeschooling and the flexible schedule is working out great for us. He is able to manage his time effectively and balance schoolwork with other activities and Ive also noticed a change in his engagement since switching to homeschooling with Study.com.

  Before beginning my Masters program at my University, I still needed 3 pre-req classes. I was able to complete these classes through study.com in a shorter time and for much less money. The class transcripts were accepted by my University and I was accepted into the Masters program. The courses on study.com were challenging, but easy to navigate and complete on my own time. I wish I'd known about this site a long time ago!
