    Worst internet I ever had. Already canceled it and now they want me , a 68 year old women to climb on the roof to send the equipment back. I guess I have to pay someone to do that.

    I made 27 calls in 30 days due to lack of internet service. Was told I had no contract when I signed up. Due to lack of service I attempted to end service upon obtaining a new provider & suddenly HugesNet charged me an early termination fee of $395.00! I spoke with 3 different supervisors, was given a confirmation number confirming no termination fee would not be charged & obtained the supervisors name. All calls were recorded & notes on account confirmed conversations stating no termination fee would be charged. They have in fact charged my debit card $395.00! They lie, are deceitful & fail to provide service.

    Same as everyone else, they tell you no contract but wont let you cancel. The costumer service people (I talked to many over the course of the service) will not let you cancel. Every time I call they say I cant cancel. Every time they say I have 1 year left yet after waiting the years they told me to they still would not let me cancel. It wasnt until I got rude that one lady completely flipped a switch and went from you cant cancel to saying ok this is how you cancel. Then after I cancel they keep sending bills, and it turns out they have a cancellation fee that they never tell you about. I only found that out because they sent the debt, of like $100 to a debt collector and they told me it was a cancellation fee.
