    Date of original correspondence: December 22, 2023, with ******, one of their representatives I had never acknowledged to them , I was aware of a change of fees, before .the installment, or I would have canceled the service.!Made a new account for larger fees of service, without my agreement, a lot more money than original program that i applied for from ****** Net, through , ****** their representative.I was assigned a ACP # by the government., and o.k.d.Signed me up for automatic payments without my approval also.The " New Account" they made was done without my approval, or knowledge.I could only afford the discount ACP rate, not the ones they are charging me now, nor equipment fees added.( I said to " Please discontinue my service to **************, and he said, " It would cost me $400 to do that!!!!) Really???!!! Sounds like a racket. ( Check the recordings, and you will see that all of this is TRUE!!

    Ethernet not working for months and charging me and can not get a tech out here to fix the problem called many times and got the run around

Company ***** .NET account: DSS37297314 I was paying into this account services onetime for sum $102.00 for couple years or for sum of $12.00 a month if it was placed on vacation by ***** .net setting idol no usage per my request. It;s STORED equipment in my home disconnected and had reach point no further usage it was installed in a studio apartment on my property for guest only temporary stay only.then the worst happened catastrophic Hurricane ******************* on 08-29-2021 destroying the area i live leaving the area i live destroyed my home and property destroyed badly damaged just horrible. est 59 days later i contacted ***** .net in concerns on 10/26/2021 @ 10;00 am of a debt in form of a bill dated 10/20/2021 sum of $70.00 the reps their assured me no more billing no debts no need return Moden and Wi-Fi router - outside dish your account is suspended. then several month latter i started receiving bills first for amount $5.63 due date 04/19/20 i contacted on 04/07/2022 disputing a of was closed account. agent: ***********************. COMF# ********* received a letter dated 11/23/2022 advising to pay ****. i contacted again on 12/07/2022 @ 1:22 pm topic: concerns of fraud, comf# ********* Case: ********** Agent ******************* i was assured a self-address return address and packaging for modem and Wi-Fi equip. within ten days which i never received instead received more attempts of ******** debts. issued date: 11/20/2022 amount of $229.07/ issued date: 12/07/2022 amount $494.32 / issued date: 12/20/2022 amount due $300.00 it's been an insane fraudulent madness that started for amount of $5.63 *** dollars i could Easly paid that while trying close an end this account the whole time

    I applied for the federal discount of 30$ .I was approved and huges net applied it to my first bill which went from 80 to 53$. Then next month they took 121 from my bank without permission.I called twice finally they said I moved service and that made me start my contract all over and upgraded my service because the plan I had is no longer available. Which is a lie never moved anything. They will not refund only credit. That put me in a money situation because they stole from my acct. This is very bad business practice.
