      Instead of the basket of plants I ordered for a funeral, my family received sprigs of a plant and cut flowers stuck into green florist foam. I wanted to give each of my cousins a plant to remind them of their mother, so this was not satisfactory. Initially, Teleflora offered me a 25% refund and 25% future discount. When I spoke with a supervisor, I received the full refund I wanted and an apology. They had received a complaint about the local florist previously. I am happy with the outcome, but very upset about the cheap basket and the fact that I had to go to a supervisor for resolution. Teleflora needs to make sure they are working with quality local florists.

      I placed a flower order on Friday for a Saturday delivery. This was for a funeral. On Monday, I was informed that the flowers were not delivered. The only explanation was the florist they placed the order with does not accept orders for Saturday. How can a company not know this? This is very poor service. TELEFLORA did the bare minimum of apologizing and refunding my money but nothing else. They do not care about the customer.

      On 5/9/25, I ordered a floral spray for a funeral to be delivered 5/14/25. I contacted Teleflora and spoke with Darma (sp) who said that the flowers had not yet been arranged and guaranteed that they would arrive on 5/15 before 4P EST. The funeral services were scheduled to begin 5/15 at 4p. The flowers never came. When I called they would only say that the florist didnt answer the phone and refused to give me the name of the florist. It was extremely upsetting that there were no flowers at the funeral service for my family member. Teleflora made the day an even sadder day

      Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs.I placed three Mothers Day orders well in advance, and they still managed to completely botch every single one. Two were canceled at the last minute with no explanation, and the third was delayed more than 24 hours (even though I paid for guaranteed Mothers Day delivery well in advance) with the excuse that the florists vehicle had issues. They then guaranteed delivery by noon the day after Mothers Day that didnt happen either. I called and told them to use another florist, and they pushed it back again to maybe 5 PM. At this time I asked to at least be reimbursed the service fee given I paid to have it delivered guaranteed on Mothers Day which they refused to do. When the flowers finally arrived, it was the final insult. I paid approx. $150 for a premium bouquet with a unique amethyst vase, and what showed up looked like an afterthought: four droopy roses, a few blue dyed carnations, babys breath, and a ton of cheap greenery in a cheap glass vase with a skinny pink ribbon. I was embarrassed when my mother texted me a photo. It looked like something scraped together at a gas ********** make matters worse, I had to email several times and call twice and practically beg to speak to a supervisor just to get a refund. Only then did they finally agree to return the money after wasting hours of my time and completely ruining the occasion.Overall customer service was rude, dismissive, and robotic, offering nothing but empty apologies and excuses. Three orders. Three disasters. Zero accountability.Never again. This company is a total failure - unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly indifferent to customer satisfaction.

      So awful. I got a delivery confirmation at 2pm on the day of my selected delivery - nothing was delivered. I called customer service and they said the order would arrive by 7pm today. The order never arrived at the recipients address during the promised window (or at all!!!) Completely unacceptable. Not sure this is even a legitimate service.

      I ordered a Premium Enchanted Bouquet with 6 roses and dark blue vase. What was delivered was, in my opinion, at most a Basic version with 3 roses and a cheap looking clear vase. I paid $100.77 and received, at best, half that value. The only reason for 2 stars was that it was at least delivered on ***** recommend others avoid Teleflora and ****** a local florist instead. Wish Id taken my own advice.

      Placed an online order, they cancelled it because they felt it was suspicious but left it too late to notify me. Called the 800 number, spent 25 minutes on hold with various call centers, didnt feel comfortable giving CC info over the phone to some guy whos dog was yapping in the background.

      DO NOT USE!! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Mom for Mothers Day. Never got the notification that they had been delivered and it is 101 today. Went out to get them and they are all melted. There is also mold on 1 of the strawberries, and 4 of them are no bigger than a quarter. I spent $90 on these things. When I called customer I service they offered me a 25% refund. Are you kidding me?

      Teleflora has disappointed me in ways I cannot express. I ordered flowers for my mom 2 weeks ago to be delivered today. I got a confirmation email this morning at 10am saying they would be delivered on time, and then at 10:30 I got an email saying that the order was cancelled. **************** offered no solution or tangible explanation- saying only that they were unable to source a florist to fulfill my order. I will state again that my order was placed 2 weeks ago. They offered no resolution, nor did they communicate with me ahead of time to say that there was a problem to give me time to find an alternate solution. Instead they waited until the last second to tell me that they would refund my money in 2-10 business days. I understand this is a busy time for florists, hence why I placed my order well ahead of time. I also understand that things happen sometimes, but to not have any communication whatsoever before today is inexcusable.

      When I contacted Teleflora to accept the resolution offered, I was told that it would not be possible to carry through with the delivery on May 12 since the order had previously been cancelled by the company and could not be reopened. Additionally, the first ******** service representative I spoke with said there was no record of the correspondence with the *** and stated that they would need proof. After I played the voicemail for them they said they would need to review the case with their manager who came back and said they would not be doing anything. This only added to the frustration previously experienced. No resolution has been reached.
