Our tech was very helpful. He knew the problem right away. He explained everything in great detail.Even arrived early but called ahead to see if that would work for us. He told us what to look for if the problem developed again. I would recommend him to anyone who need a repair tech.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Technician was a great guy. Tried his absolute best to fix our ******* oven. Not his fault the parts are so expensive and its not worth going ahead with them. Time for a new oven. I would call **** again. The service was quick and efficient. Technician even contacted me the day before for details so he could be prepared. It was a Sunday, too.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Our tech always arrived on time. He needed to order a part and rescheduled quickly. He was knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and showed me the problem. I did have an issue afterward, and the company responded immediately and the issue was resolved very quickly. I am very happy with the services.
