      ***** notified us in advance for the timeframe of his arrival, and he was there exactly when he said he would be. He spent time explaining what the problem was and demonstrated why it was a problem. He made us feel confident that we had made the right choice in calling Plus. We are very satisfied customers.

Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced or what labor/service is needed. We always provide customers with repair quotes after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price.       Banks was such an amazing technician! Thank you so much for fixing my washer. Banks was so polite and professional. Showed up on time with a smile and great attitude. The water was sitting in there for a week so it smelled horrible. I was so embarrassed and I felt bad that he had to deal with it. But he told me it was okay and not to feel bad because its just water and soap. He was so kind. Thank you so much for unclogging my washer drain Banks. You are appreciated so much.
