      Technician great, service has too many unnecessary charges, security fee, really?

The security and support fee covers various operating costs such as extensive technician background checks and continuous customer support. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. We respect our customers to decide to repair or replace the unit, our technicians do not make that decision for our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

      I called **** on a Friday for repair of a dishwasher, and they booked an appointment for the coming Sunday. The tech neither showed up nor informed us that he was not coming.We rescheduled for the coming Tuesday. The tech neither shoed up, nor informed us that he would not show.We rescheduled, but never received a confirmation of who or when, and this morning **** cancelled the service, saying we could try to reschedule for a future date.As service goes, theirs is negative.

      **** went above and beyond. I appreciate that he made a through assessment; provided an itemized invoice of repairs upfront so I could make an informed decision without any pressure. I was very lucky to have found this company who are thankfully knowledgeable about servicing all of my ** appliances (front loader *************** dishwasher, refrigerator and stove), they do it all!
