      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY On 4/12 I Scheduled to have dryer repaired ( not heating)between 4-6pm.Got a call around 530 that the technician had a flat & need to reschedule for next day same time. 4/13 guy showed up and diagnosed the problem, some agent calls me and quotes me a price of $322 that had to be paid first. Suspicious. Ok I paid and he said **** be back 4/15 to install between ****pm. I get a call after 1pm that the part hasnt arrived and will come Sunday same time. Well on Sunday no call/no show from anyone. I called them on 4/17 and asked when will they be able to come and she set a time between 4p-6p. I leave work early.. get home and I get a call that the part is delayed and it will be here 4/18 I agreed. On 4/18 I get a call again that its being delayed so I asked for my money back and was told it will be **** days then she says part will be in at 6p and tech can install between 7p-8p. I politely told her no and just refund my *********** agreed. 10 business days later I call them to get an update & was told they will respond by email in 3 days.. 3 days later.. nothing. So I called and was told they are reviewing everything and I said what is there to review. I canceled my service that never happened & just want my money back. These interactions went on for a week . I told them I dont need them and that my dryer is fixed now. They then told me IWONT GET MY MONEY BACK UNTIL I SEND THEM THE RECEIPT FROM OTHER COMPANY THAT REPAIRED IT. I told them thats not happening & its none of their concernThe last guy I talked to hung up on me while I was asking for explanation/ policy stating this. They provided ZERO service to ****** rightfully should get my money back. True story!!!! I had no choice but to take legal action thats pending. SO DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE SO DISHONEST & DISAPPOINTING.

      I called **** because, coincidentally, a tenant of mine had just used you for a refrigerator repair. I booked the appointment but was then wary when I saw 50/50 good vs. bad reviews. My experience with my technician Damir was wonderful. He was professional and courteous, and I felt he gave me ************ advice about the problem. My refrigerator was shot (compressor) so I decided it would be more cost effective to buy new instead of repair. So, overall my first time experience with your company was positive.

      I had a problem with my refrigerator not cooling. I scheduled appointment online and it was easy and they showed up on time. They found the problem and fixed it -even having the needed part the same day. Everything was explained to me. I would highly recommend!

      ********************************* came out within a day. Excellent service, went out if his way to get our ice maker that was completely frozen to work again. Repaired everything quickly, and was a super nice man. If we ever need any additional service we will definitely have him come out again. I will also refer him to any of our friends who need service.       First time I used ****. Very challenging first experience three days to get a tech dozens of emails and texts several cancellations. Constantly changing the time every time had to wait for hours to get last-minute cancellation of switched to a different technician. I wouldn't recommend this company.However, the tech who came finally after three days was on time, professional, and kind.

      He provided good customer service in analyzing the issue. He told us that he thought the wrong control board panel was installed on the back of the refrigerator. He contacted his office for follow-up. He told me that he would come back tomorrow to install the correct part on the refrigerator.

      *** was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and was up front about the cost. That's the service portion. I do feel that $500 to replace the coolant was overpriced. However, it was my refrigerator, so delaying to get another bid was out of the question.
