      I am big on writing reviews and believe good or bad its helpful to others. Ok AC requestContractor came out really friendly and customer service was superb. BUT the overall phone experience with **** and follow up customer service is horrible. I had to call **** back the same day the technician came. It wasnt 8 hours after the technician left and I was having the same issue. They scheduled me another appointment for 2 days later which was a Saturday for the follow up. Then canceled it a day later. I had no idea they emailed me Friday night after 6pm (no text) saying it was canceled and they would follow up with me. No explanation why or when. Anyway after calling Sat. morning and questioning why the representative said they have to review. I asked review what, he had no information. I asked if I could be transferred to that department or someone who may have more info. Nope they take no calls. He said watch your email and or they may call. This bad score has nothing to do with the contractor. **** is not holding up to their contract with me. I havent heard back from anyone as of yet it is now Sunday. Yes its the weekend but if you are not 24 hours 7 days available and and stand by 1 day turnaround time for all request its a contract breach and needs to be corrected. Stop selling this perk to have customers come on board. I will update everyone with the outcome if I am allowed.

      Hello ****, thank you so much for your honest feedback. We are so glad to hear that the technician that was assigned to you was able to provide satisfactory service. On the other hand, the cost or estimate of the repairs needed for every unit are based on average rates in and around your state and also determined by which part is needed to be repaired. We do not procure parts from Amazon, Eba or other online shop platforms as they don't provide warranties on the parts. Instead, we order the parts from OEM sellers the reason why it costs more. Nonetheless, we appreciate you for considering **** in home services.

      This was the worst service I have ever received from a company. First off I had to deal with the technicians wife cursing and yelling. I should have terminated the service at that time but I was desperate to get my washer serviced. The technician ****** had good customer service so I thought, he brought no tools then he proceed to give me the run down on his wife mental health which i feel that they plan that out to get my money. Nothing he said was true, he stated that it needed to be level and that's what he was suppose to do, Which he charged me for plus I tipped him. Everything he stated was a lie. I contacted another company paid less and now my washer is fixed. This **** company is a rip off please do not let ****** and his wife near your property.
