      Beware of doing business with companies that don't have a phone number in big bold letters on their website! With a company like this that just operates as an appointment maker and money collector, you are at the mercy of whatever fly-by-night repairman they contract with to fix your appliance. Maybe the repairman knows what he's doing, maybe not. If warranty work is needed after they "fixed" something, you may or may not get the original repairman, which may or may not be a good thing. My experience with **** was that I got a bad repairman the first two visits, and a different one for a third visit who said the first guy ripped me off. Four hundred dollars later, I still don't have a working appliance. Decided it wasn't worth throwing good money after bad, so I've bought a new washer.

      Poor customer service. Poor technicians. I got my fridge repaired through ****, the technician came 30 minutes after schedule time on 5/15, did a half diagnostic and said we need to replace a part. $479 later, we waited a day to run the fridge and purchase new food. About a week or two later, went back to not cooling. I contacted them via email on 6/4 and 6/5 called them on 6/6. Called them again on 6/9 and 6/10. After all of the calling, they finally replied to me on 6/10 to get another technician to look at it again and do a full diagnostic. The second technician came on 6/12, doing an actual full diagnostic and actually removing parts of the inside of the freezer to see what is wrong with it (the first technician did not do this). The second technician went over what was wrong with it and went back to **** to email us to figure out the situation. With the frustration for not have a fridge and waiting this whole time, I requested a full refund. On 6/13 I received an email they will escalate the issue and get back to me. On 6/14 they emailed me that they could not give me a full refund because the first technician did a full diagnostic, but if he actually did a full diagnostic, why did we have to get the 2nd technician to come in and see what was wrong with it? Wouldnt the first technician know what was wrong with it the first time? Followed up with an email on 6/14 twice, 6/15 and 6/16 and called them on 6/17. We have been without a fridge for two weeks now and it wouldve been easier to just purchase one with the pricing they gave us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      My service technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. He did not have the replacement part on his truck, but he made it back the same day and completed the repair. The technician was great and very nice to work with.
