I am no longer afraid of breaking my printer! ***** is also incredibly personable and we actually became friends over the past two days! couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service from *****. My Service Tech ****** was Very Helpful and patient With Us. Hes helped in the Past When Our machine Went Down To Help Diagnose the issue and get our machine up and running again. And now he help us convert over to be able to print DTF Transfers on our machine and got us going on that quickly as well! Definitely 10/10 services, highly recommend him for any issues!Omniprint International Inc

I want to thank ****** for all the support. He is an expext techniciar that knows what he is doing. I wish the other technicians could learn with him how to conduce the customers printer issue. He not only had my printer fixed, but he knew exactly where the problem was when he saw what whas happening, what parts needed to be replace (it was covered by warranty), and taught me how to prevent problems in the future. The *** Printer is great, the quality of the prints are perfect.Omniprint International Inc

I bought a used printer and contacted omni print to help figure out what was wrong with it. ****** set up a zoom call. got it figured out and my parts ordered quickly. Then set up another zoom call to show me how to install the rip and how to use it. He showed me tips and tricks to using the printer. which has saved me time and money. I was asked to give a review of OmniPrint and I have to be honest the *** I purchased has been good, The sales team has been supportive, but the ******************** needs to be improved as printers we don't have time to go back and forth with emails that take days to answer.Omniprint International Inc
