I have received unsolicited calls and letters about a loan consolidation which I never solicited and do not want based on my research of the company and the false claims in their letter. How do I get them to stop?****** GLiberty First Lending

I have no complaints with the company. When choosing my options to consolidate debt due to inflation and high interest rates, I was greeted with a courteous and sincere professional who patiently looked at my options as I was answering questions to come up with the best option available. Not only was a decent option available but the action of reducing my debt was done with the absolute quickness. I still have a while to go but with the first agreement was made I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Please note regardless of the consolidator you go with there is always that fear of making things worse and seeing things that don't necessarily work in your favor. PLEASE be patient, READ the fine print and ASK questions. The more you know and as long as both you and this company are on the same page regarding results of reducing your debt you will find out that you made the best decision for your financial wellbeing and peace of mind.Review fromRICHARD D

I. like some others received a mailer from Liberty, I was treated fairly and was not confused about what they were selling. I just wanted to reduce my debt anyway I could. I was directed to a consultant that was very professional, honest, open and clear about what they could or could not do for me! Starting October 1st I don't need to pay three of my largest debtor's and I already have piece of mind.Review fromVance W

I had a very enlightening conversation with the agent! I feel confident in my choice to go with this company. The others I researched had a time line for paying off my debts that was way to long and convoluted.Review fromJuan Q

I received a letter in the mail from this company, Liberty First Lending. I called to see what else I needed to qualify for a loan since the letter said I was pre-approved. The lady who attended to me yesterday was completely unprofessional, treating me as if I didnt know anything about credit totally unprofessional. They asked me so many questions, even asking if I had a washing machine at home, how much I spent on cleaning products per month, etc., etc. How ridiculous all of this was. After all these questions, they told me to give her a few minutes to review my case, which turned into 2 hours. I had to hang up because the wait time was absurd 2 hours listening to that hold music. What a bad experience. They never called me back. I advise you not to call this place. It all seems like a scam. They got all my information, including my SSN. The strange thing is that after I hung up the phone, I started receiving calls from diferent credit consolidation companies. Avoid headaches and dont call Liberty First Lending.Liberty First Lending

Well, this/these reviews ANSWERED (or confirmed) my questions. This company, even as it states that they are not out to deceive a potential customer... THEY ARE! Their MAILING DOES STATE, and I Quote "We're pleased to inform you that you're pre-qualified FOR A LOAN (Emphasis on this) up to $23,000 with Liberty First LENDING (Again Emphasis on this) with a rate as low as 5.99%". (Reference Mailing received 09/12/24) In the second paragraph, THE HEADING, again states Quote "Our LOAN (Emphasis on wording) Could Completely Pay Off Your Credit Card Debts, Medical Bills and Other Personal Loans Fast!" Once again, FAKE, FALUE MISLEADING! If you want to be a *************************** fine, STATE IT CLEARLY. I have been in this bucket years ago, I know the STRESS of being in DEBT and BEHIND. Thus, people will easily FALL for this C*** so, in summary, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MISLEADING LYING OUTFIT!Liberty First Lending

After reading all the reviews I'll go with a 4 for right now, no one has misrepresented themselves or been rude to me and it sounds pretty straight forward. Me, I see a bankruptcy down the road due to the economy and being retired, need to fix that so we don't starve to death..All we have done so far is set everything up to get started. Fairly easy, if you can follow simple directions it's pretty easy.I can't rate anything else because we haven't done anything but set it up, have to come back and finish the review-4 for right now, will adjust with time...Review fromAnon A

I got a call from their "service representative" ****** He started rambling off with their survey questions. I asked him, "Is this a call pertaining to the possibility of any of of loan ?" In which he replied, "I cannot answer that question for you." Them immediately hung up on me. Sounds like a bs scam to me. They sure as heck do not know a thing about business etiquette. I've heard other scam calls that were at least way more polite than these a-holes.Liberty First Lending

Well, first of all let me start off by saying that the 3 different boys I spoke with were incredibly rude. Like, who the heck do these little arrogant prices think they are. Secondly, the whole thing seems scammy. The credit bureaus sold my information to this company for them to solicit me into their program, which, you must pay 4.9% of the loan plus interest. And, you can't just pick and choose what credit cards you want to pay off... the money goes directly to the cc company and you must pay off at a minimum, 80% of your debt. Well, not all my cc have high interest rates so I can pay those off on my own. And some are completely manageable so why would I take out a loan to pay those off? This company is total trash.Liberty First Lending
